"They will not help you out at all. UPS damaged the product in shipping but it took over a month and over 10 calls to both Focus and UPS before Focus owned up to the problem and sent me a return shipping label. Most of the representatives were respectful but didn't know what they were talking about. The last rep who finally got me the return label was snarky and rude with no apology for this being Focus Camera Mistake! Terrible, terrible, terrible. Never buying from them again! They're fine if you don't need customer service but they've permanently lost me as a customer. "

"I had been researching and watching the best deals for a Sony a6000. Turns out, not a lot of people put it on sale frequently. Kind of a bummer. However, I found this bundle on focuscamera.com that was the same price as everywhere else with a TON of accessories thrown in for free. No tax (always a plus!!). After a few minutes a chat box popped up and offered me free overnight shipping. The next day, I had a camera with everything in the bundle and more. I can't express how easy and wonderful it was to order from this company. The free overnight was great because I didn't have to wait too long for my new toy :) Would highly recommend them (also it says they are an official Sony retailer)."
"They had a promo code which made a pair of earphones free but they're not honoring the order. I had to write to them to ask about it and they said they're canceling the order. I also had a problem with them before where I ordered a camera stand and they sent a stand that was different than was pictured at the time I ordered. They issued refunds to a lot of people that noticed the difference and complained. Shady company I won't ever be buying from."
