"I ordered a camera on focuscamera.com a few weeks ago, and never received a confirmation letter of the order, nor a cancellation order. I finally called to find out the status, to be told it's on back order and they closed out the order without notifying me. So plan to sit and wait and twiddle thumbs. A side note the item is still in stock on their website, so they are either not honoring prices or not keeping up with their website. Only redeeming thing is customer service was friendly but limited knowledge. For a business and not receiving confirmation nor notification of the order being canceled, this is a company you cannot count on."

"I received a very cheap Made in China very poor quality leather camera case and battery with #HL008 which will not fit in my camera. I placed the order for Leica leather case kit with Leica battery #BD-DC4. Obviously I think the wrong items were sent to me. I called up Focus Camera customer service and had a discussion about it. The agent on the phone insisted that the website did not guarantee that I will get Leica product. However I based my purchase decision on the image and description on your website and it stated very clearly that this item is Leica Brand leather camera case + Leica brand battery with exact number I need for my camera. Your rep said she will be mailing out 2 - #BD-DC4 batteries however she can not guarantee it will be Leica Brand. I have not receive that nor did I received any e-mail confirming the store action. The communication had been very poor. I never received e-mail confirmation when I place the order. I need to know what the store are going to do about this problem."
