"Purchased a pair of shoes as a gift. They took weeks to mail them out. Once mailed out there was an issue with the delivery and Australia post returned the package to footlocker . I contacted them and said please re mail the package to the correct address . I responded several times PLEASE DO NOT SEND A REFUND I WANT THE ITEM. A week later they refund me and over the weeks since i purchased the shoes they are sold out . USELESS"

"Never order from Footlocker online...EVER! My son used his Christmas money to order shoes. We read through all of their "guarantees" and I felt it was going to be ok. Nope! The shoes came as expected but did not fit. So we start the process of returning them. What a joke! None of the proper information was online. Had to call customer service to see where to send them. Cost me an extra $26 to ship them back. We waited until it was received at the warehouse and called to see when the refund would be processed. Were told 3-5 days. Waited 10 days...no refund. Called again, got someone else, was then told 30 days!! I said no way. Got a supervisor. Was told it would be processed in 72 hours. Waited 120 hours...no refund. Called again, was told another 3-5 days. I bet I will NEVER see my REFUND!! They are a scam and unless you have money to give away I recommend you never use them. This is exactly why people are scared to order online. Unacceptable Footlocker! Shame on you!!"

"I placed an order for the total amount of $209.98. Upon wearing both pairs downstairs to my vehicle, I realized that neither pair was going to work for me, as they are both too narrow. The shoes were comfortable upon trying them on, but were no longer comfortable as I traveled down multiple flights of stairs, and through my apartment lobby and parking lot. As such, I initiated returns for both pairs on 5/28/2020. Of note, I received one pair on 5/19/2020 and the other on 5/21/2020. So not a significant amount of time had passed since receiving both pairs. On 6/17/2020 both pairs were returned to me stating that the items do not meet their return policy due to being "used and not restockable."
During this time of COVID Foot Locker is taking advantage. I'm certain that had the order totaled $30-$50 there would be no issue with returning, but because they are presumably not making any money, customers are forced to pay for that. Given that the pandemic began late 2019, one would expect that if Foot Locker did not plan to uphold a fair refund policy, and planned to reject all requests, the website would indicate that. But of course, why do that knowing that would inevitably impact sales.
I called the corporate office and finally received a call back. I was informed that pictures were taken and no refund would be granted. I cannot say enough how extremely uncomfortable the shoes are. I was not even able to drive in them; I had to return to my home to change my shoes. The shoes WERE NOT worn for any significant amount of time. I now have to eat a $210 bill for shoes I can't do anything with. Moreover, my contact number was placed on the order, so before rejecting the return, a good business practice would have been to contact me, not to send the shoes back unexpectedly. This entire transaction has shady bad business written all over it.

"Ordered my Air Max from Footlocker on 26/08/19 and they were delivered (to the Uk from France) free of delivery charge within 48 hours, correct size, as described and also £20 cheaper than anyone else. I also received excellent customer service throughout (thankyou Rita, whoever you are) and access to tracking through UPS. All in all a great service, thankyou Footlocker. "Footlocker customer service France (spoke to OLIVIA), (tel:08 05 54 07 86) is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH! So incredibly RUDE I’m still shocked at what just happened. I called for a general question about the timeframe of the availability of a product. 1) The person I talked to named Olivia didn’t let me finish and said she could not help me. Fine so I politely asked what that customer service line was for and she hung up on me. 2) I call back the same person Olivia picks up and all I have time to say is that “I would like to”. I called back to ask to speak to a manager. Very legitimate right? Most people would want to talk to a manager after being treated this way!! This left me STUNNED and UPSET. 3) I call a third time and and she hangs up on me right away. 4) Finally a young guy picks up the phone, (Olivia probably passed him the phone) and as soon as I kindly asked to speak to a manager he tells me that they don’t transfer calls. I lost it after that——— REALLY?!??? Then WHAT IS YOUR PHONE CUSTOMER SEVICE FOR???!!! I was treated like piece of trash by OLIVIA at the France’s footlocker “customer service” phone number. Why? How is this behavior acceptable? How to you train your people???!!??? That’s how you treat customers without whom you wouldn’t have a business. What happened to me just now is NOT OK. I’m going to do something about this. I just wanted you to know that. I not going to let this fly. I was in customer service in my younger days and if I would’ve treated a customer this way I would’ve gotten fired on the spot; but that’s in the United States and customer service there is always exceptionally good. "I bought a pair of Air Jorden from footlocker on December 24th at 4pm and gave my son as Christmas gift. Unfortunately, my son did not want the pair of shoes for Christmas so I went on December 26th to return it at 2pm. The cashier (young girl may be 17) immediately told me it has been worn!!!! This really made me mad and she ran to the back with the shoes and came back that manager also confirmed they were worn. In reality, my son did not even tried them on since he did not want a pair of shoes for Christmas. The cashier was very rude and the manager was no better than her. They said I can only exchange if I would like to. I have no time going back and forth with this so I asked for their corporate number which the manager rudely said it is on the receipt and I can try all I want. He was right because when I called, I was on hold for 30 minutes and when I finally got someone on the phone, he said this is a wrong department which only deals with online orders!!!!! He transferred me to another department and the wait was long there too. So I gave up and finally hung up. Such a bad company to shop. Shoes were perfectly clean but they kept telling me they are worn and dirty. I can not believe that someone can make you believe that the shoes are dirty when you can not find any dirt and the truth was it was in the same condition how I bought it because my son never even looked at the shoes. It was tough to return a brand new unworn shoes within 48 hours of purchase and yes supporting previous comments from others, the staff is really unprofessional and irresponsible young workers who do not have any attention towards the customers. They are not helpful and they ignore customers who are looking for some help. I will never buy anything from footlocker. Stay away.
