"I ordered a gym bag for my girlfriend from Footlocker as a Christmas Gift, it took them 10 days to “process” the order and if I had not contacted them and demanded my order to be shipped I doubt they were planning to ship it anytime soon. Now thanks to that instead of my order already having been delivered to me, it will be another week before it arrives, which means I won’t even be able to give her the gift on the New Year’s Eve. Customer service was horrible and was asking me robotic questions, instead of helping me with the issue. To put things in perspective how terrible their service is, 11 days after ordering from the footlocker I ordered something else from amazon.com and that item was already delivered to me with the free shipping option."
"Very disappointed. Ordered a pair of Jordan's for my daughter for her birthday online. I received them in a vinyl envelope so the sneakers that cost a bit where not protected very well. Now I opened the box and to my disbelief there was only ONE sneaker in there!!!??? I called immediately and spoke to a CSR who said the shoes were shipped from a store in Jersey and he would have them send the others shoe asap and I would receive in 2 days. He also told me he gets a lot of similar calls all day. The shoe comes when promised and unbelievably it's the same shoe I had. Not to mention there was something white all over the one side of the shoe. I again called right away. My daughters birthday now the next day. I had no gift for her. It's not easy for me being a single mom to buy these higher price shoes. It was what she's been asking for for a losing time. I was told to return them and I would be given a refund. Or I can try different Footlockers to see if they had them and exchange them there. That's wonderful but I ordered online because I don't have transportation . if that was the case I would have went to the store. Shoes have been returned and I still have not received a refund. Never will I order from footlocker.com again. My daughter is still without her birthday gift."
"I ordered some boots online on 11/26/15. Well, I was checking the UPS website for the status and it said that the package was at the UPS facility about 30 min drive from my work. So I leave early, drive to UPS and find out I was unable to pick up my package. Why....? Let me tell you... Footlocker ships ups then transfers to usps, whom then delivers to the destination. This is what ups told me. The girl at ups was awesome and helpful. Told me to call footlocker to see if i can have the package held there. 10 mins later I call and a boy, by the name of Trayvon answers. I proceed to tell him the problem with not being able to pick up my package when it's at the facility. His response was, "you have to wait until it arrives at your destination". Really? I know that. Hence, the whole point of delivery. So I asked to speak to his supervisor. He puts me on hold for about 10 mins, gets back on the line then asks me for my customer number. Shouldn't you ask for that in the beginning? Then, he proceeded to tell me what I already knew, usps has to deliver it. I asked to speak to his supervisor again and he put me on hold but this time hangs up. I'm so sick of footlocker! I've spent $465.00 in 3 months there. Guess what? I will never buy again. Maybe footlocker should disclose how they deliver packages and let your customers know they can't pick it up. Maybe train your CSR (customer service reps) to some "customer service" courses. I yet to have a positive experience. This has been the final straw for me. NO MORE FOOTLOCKER! "
"The whole footlocker/foot action/champs sports online sites are a joke.
1) My first order was cancelled because I was out of USA when I placed the order (Thanksgiving weekend). They did not call or email, I found out by clicking details of the order even though the order said "open".
2) I placed my second order from within USA, but they cancelled my order again, asking me to pay by Western Union. Apparently my first order flagged my second order and they declined to accept neither PayPal nor Mastercard. This time they at least had a decency to call. They refused to stay on the line for me to do a three way call with my card issuing bank.
What's worse, they want to charge a $12 processing fee for Western Union payment (on top of Western Union fee).
I will not do business with this company again, they are a joke and as one of the reviewers said, they apparently are not interested in selling anything."
"I will never purchase from a footlocker or lady footlocker again. Ordered a pair of nike air pegasus 31's after researching for a long time. I was so excited to receive my package. I opened said package to find the wrong shoes ( a much less expensive pair ), I immediately called the online phone number to be told, "sorry for the mistake", :we no longer have them in stock", "we suggest you find the shoes in a store and take the ones we sent you and back with a copy of your invoice and exchange them." I asked how to find out which store had them? I was told to find them online and check availability . After much frustration, I again called for help, This person told me she would refund my money, and send me a return label for the other shoes ( Meaning I am still out the shoes I wanted ). I then called 6 different stores to find them in a store that was not close to me. I called one close to me to have them sent to that store where I would purchase them when they came in. The store told me they could not have them sent there until I paid for them in the store. I had to come in, purchase them and then return 5 days later to pick them up. Really!! I need to do all this because your company made a mistake! I was also told they would send me a $10 inconvenience footlocker gift card through my email, which I never received. Very Very disappointed!!!!!"
"I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my kids. Both showed being in stock. ! pair showed up just fine, although it was shipped from a store, not the warehouse, the packaging was tattered and the box was crushed, but the shoes were ok. The second pair on the other hand, was not. Instead of a new pair of Size 1 Kevin Durant shoes, the store from New Jersey sent me a used pair of shoes - scuffed, worn soles, worn logos. I called to complain- and get a new pair sent, and footlocker would not send me a new pair until they got their old pair back. Excuse me, I already sent money for a new pair as described in our contract, you owe me a new pair before I do anything else. Will never trust Footlocker.com or use their stores after this. If your going to blame your shady New Jersey store for ripping me off, take your Footlocker logo off of their building. I'd expect this crap from an unrated ebay user, not a company as large as footlocker. Not to mention I paid FULL RETAIL for shoes that were on clearance in every store for being discontinued. For FULL RETAIL I expect top quality. Not used garbage."

"I ordered a pair of Nike soccer cleats on footlocker.com, which clearly showed the pair with the color and size combination I desired to be in stock, and I selected the standard 5-6 day shipping option for its arrival. About a day after I placed the order I received an email from FootLocker informing me that my cleats have been backordered for 8 days and won't be arriving at my house for up to two weeks after that date. I angrily emailed them back explaining my frustrations and asking for expedited shipping after the backorder date (because, as a competitive athlete, I need my cleats to practice and play in and am unable to every day their delivery is prolonged), and they sent me an email back telling me that 1) the backorder it wasn't their fault at all it was completely the manufacturer's (even though their website clearly showed it to be in stock), 2) there was nothing they can do to speed up the process, and 3) the backorder date they sent me wasn't even necessarily the date they would be receiving the restock, and it is subject to change and become EVEN MORE delayed. They informed me that they would send me an email as soon as they received the restock, so I could at least have an idea of when the additional 2 week period of my cleats possibly arriving would be. I placed the original order on July 1st, received their backorder email on July 2nd, which said that the backorder date was July 10th, and it is now July 15th and I have STILL not received an email confirming the restock. In other words, it has already been about 10 days after the day I was supposed to receive my cleats based on the standard shipping option I selected when ordering, and it could still take an additional 2 weeks more to get here AFTER I receive an email confirming the restock, which I have not yet received or even been given any indication of when it might be coming.
I am definitely never ordering online from FootLocker again and I do not recommend it to anyone, especially if you are looking for soccer cleats."

"Ridiculous.
I bought a shirt May 7th, it did not arrive and the "delivery" guarantee ran out.
The first time I contacted FL over the phone they told me everything was fine and the package was on it's way. Complete lie.
I called them again May the 20th so they opened a "lost package investigation". They told me it would be a maximum of 4 business days and it would be resolved and I would be contacted.
So here we are, May 26th. I have yet to be contacted so yet again I have had to take matters into my own hands.
I called them back asking first for a supervisor. This person was 0 HELP WHATSOEVER. She transferred me to "package investigation" or something.
This person was fairly helpful, she told me what went wrong and why my package hadn't been delivered.
However, I was pretty upset that she would only give me a refund back to my card?
0 additional in store credit or any other means of sympathy besides "sorry about your package".
Bottom line, RIDICULOUS.
Will NEVER be doing business with FootLocker again.

"FootLocker ships their online orders in a large bag rather than a box, which inevitably gets heavily damaged in transit. By the time I receive my order, the box is quite literally falling apart, although the shoes themselves have never been damaged, so not a big deal.
I've placed a few orders with FootLocker in the past, one of which was sent to the wrong address despite the address appearing correctly on my online receipt. Rather than being refunded, I was told they had to first open a case with USPS, which would take weeks. I was eventually refunded in full when USPS confirmed the package was unretrievable. I did receive a $15 gift card as an apology, though, which was nice.
Lastly, they are the only store I know of that won't accept returns to a physical location. They do provide return labels, though, which is nice. "

She said that Footlocker did not charge me that it was just on a hold that they put on my account. I asked why? "I wish I could comment on an item i received. But unfortunately, Footlocker is the worst person to buy shoes from. After ordering $200 worth of Jordan's I receive an email stating that they couldn't send me one of my shoes because my card didn't go through and that they would be only selling me one pair granted I KNOW that i have more than $300 on my card. Instead of calling me or trying to discuss this situation with me, they just kept charging my card until it was rejected. And why didn't my card go through? because it was charged THREE times by footlocker.and then to top it all off when i call them they have no idea whats wrong and say that they cancel the order because it was already shipped after being on the phone with three different people for hours. Then, the one show that they said they will we be shipping was not even in transit two weeks after this problem. SO i call them to find out that it hasnt been shipped yet because it got stuck in the store TWO WEEKS AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT WAS SHIPPED. I literally did not receive anything after three weeks. and when i call them to cancel the order they give me an attitude like im the one responsible for what happened to me. Funny thing is that this wont be posted because foot locker knows they have terrible customer and wont own up to it. I will telling every single person I know and anyone that is near the stores to never buy from footlocker. Not an apology email or anything of the like. Just took my money and then when i wanted it back gave me an attitude after failing to send me my shoes for three weeks. "
