"I purchased a pair of Basketball shoes for my son just recently and paid for 2 day expedited shipping($22.00). The shoes were not delivered on the right day due "too severe weather". At least that was the company's reasoning for the delayed shipment. When I emailed the company for a refunds I was told that Footlocker would refund $22 for shipping because they couldn't predict the weather. Footlocker's company is making a lot for not delivering their product. Hope this helps, don't let yourself be a victim of Footlocker's greed. "

Was given a $100 gift card, tried to use to buy $125 worth of items on their site. Tried to also apply a coupon code from their own site worth $15 off over $110. Coupon code did not work so called customer service.
After waiting on hold and getting someone, customer service told me to push through the order and they would credit me for the coupon on the back end - something about the order including goods shipped from different places so to their system it looked like 2 orders not 1 (? why the customer should be impacted by where stuff gets shipped from is beyond me). I pushed through order online then they told me "oops", we can't apply the credit, but we'll make a note in your account and if you call back after you receive goods we'll apply the $15 credit. After I paid? Not wanting to have to call back, I said forget it, cancel the order.
Then went to use gift card again, they zeroed out the balance and did not re-fill when order was cancelled. Called again, talked to a different guy who said when orders were cancelled from gift cards they didn't return the credit to the gift card -- sounds like they pocket it? So he is sending me a new gift card so I can try to order again.
Net - 45 minutes on hold and on phone, now have to wait for a new gift card, and their own website cannot seem to redeem coupon codes they themselves advertise, nor can their customer service reps figure out how to solve.

"I echo the reviews of many of the other people, NEVER order from them online. I ordered a jacket in a L and received it as an XL. I called on 12/22 and was told that I would have the correct size overnighted to me immediately. No call was apparently placed to the warehouse because I received yet another L on Friday. I called yet again and the guy I talked to went to put an order in immediately and didn't even listen to what I was asking. So I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me that me being upset "wasn't helpful." Excuse me?! I have tried twice to get this corrected and your customer service people didn't listen and screwed up the order twice. She rudely told me she corrected in the order and would send it out over night. I didn't get the correct shipping information so I had to call them yet again to get that. Three days later I still didn't have the jacket so I called them to ask about it and was told that it was out of stock and the order was canceled. When I asked why I could place an order for a new one, the customer service person said that she'd "be right back" and left me on hold for FIFTEEN minutes. Luckily I was able to talk to a different supervisor who refunded me my money and gave me a $25 gift card. The only good piece of that experience, props to Jason. "

"Horrible service!!! I placed an order December 24th for a gift, used my credit card, and received verification. Had the gift directly shipped to the recipient. On December 27th received a call stating they wanted to verify my order. After answering a tone of personal questions, including "what is my relationship with the recipient, and being on hold for 5 minutes, they proceeded to ask for the 800 number on my credit card and all information to access my account!! I asked if the charge was denied, they said "no, this is our process". I felt extremely uncomfortable giving all this to some 3rd party. So told them to cancel my order!! A bunch of bull sh!t!!!"

Approximately 12 hours later I received a phone message and an email informing me that "...our Credit Card Verification Service has recommended this order be cancelled."
