"I received a pair of shoes(Jordan retro 3’s) from Foot action, the box was torn and completely destroyed the shoes had debris on the bottom and there was a dead frog inside of it. I called them and they told me I needed to send it back and they would resend the shoe. I will be contacting a lawyer, this makes no sense you ship out a pair of shoes without checking to make sure they are delivery ready? I put my foot inside of the shoe and couldn’t figure out what I felt on my foot. What a disgusting experience. Will never order from them again!!! The manager Lamont didn’t care, he told me they could give me a 20% discount, as if those are not currently online. I am going to talk to a lawyer. They ask me to send them pictures and still did nothing. I just can’t believe this company is associated with Eastbay, and they would allow such low standards and horrible customer service."
"Ordered a pair of Adidas Ultra boost online and they were the wrong size. Took them to a store near us and were told they had them available in a bigger size. Today I get a email telling me my order could not be filled... when the girl in the store told me they were in stock. So I called the customer care number and was told they have no more in stock. Called back and another girl tells me I would have to go online and process the order myself for the different color. I will not be ordering anything else from Footaction."
"I was able to provide proof that a footaction employee allowed 5 charges of over $100 instore in a state outside of my own. The charges occured in store and I was disputing it with my bank. After speaking to customer service, they told me there must be an employee involved as they need to check the card with an ID and its unusual it was ran multiple times in less than 5 mins. Ultimately they did nothing to help and told me to file a police report as they didnt care empolyees were committing fraud. I never filed as my bank got my money back and I just let that **** company sit with the loss they refused to act on.

"I wish I read the reviews before ordering from Footaction online. Let me start off by saying that they have the WORST, and I mean WORST customer service ever. The story goes like this, I rthink served a pair of sneakers from them (Nike Roshe 1). I started tracking the package and it was smooth until the final shipping day. On the last day that the package tracking system climes it was supposed to be shipped to my home, it stated that the package was "undeliverable." NEVER HAVE I EVER had a problem with a package bing shipped to my home until this. So I call customer service, they hung up on me twice, the third time AU was told to contact my local post office, so I call my local post office have I sent for redelivery, this is after calling for 2 weeks regarding my package. Furthermore, I contacted Footaction customer service to assist me with receiving my package because at this point I was sick and tired of calling back and forth to usps and Footaction, I told the rep I don't want the sneakers anymore after telling me that they have to file a report which takes a week, the rep told me I would still have to wait until the report is filed until I can get my money back, and every time I called none of the customer service reps wanted to go out of their way to do anything. I still don't have my sneakers, so far it's been a month, and I will never order from them again. I actually am glad I had this experience because I hang out with larg crowds of people and they were gonna order from Footaction, and I told them what happened and now Footaction missives out on possibly 8+ orders of sneakers."
"The Footaction store at the queens center mall in queens NY, have a white racist manager who doesn't return shipping charges for non white customers. I called customers service about this manager and put him on the phone with customers service representative and exposed him in front of the customers service representative and the customers whom happened to be at the store. Never shop there anymore nor should anyone with dignity should shop at Footaction stores or online."

"I literally called foot action customer service for 2 days to get shoes returned. The online department is beyond rude and have not been trained on call flow. The rep told me like I said and all type of crap. I will not be buying anything else from foot action or footlocker. I know they should have resolved the call center issues. I buy sneakers all year long because I have four children. Foot action seemed like the best pick for our family because of the rewards program. I will not be talked to in that manner. Never Again! The supervisor was no help either!"
"I placed a order for the shoes and when I called to track it the order did not ship because they sold my pair. Then when I asked if there was another size available they said yes. So Then I asked if they could send it to me and they said no you would have to go In store (which is not close to my house). And to compensate they gave me a $35 gift card. "
"I'm tired of waiting for my order, every time I have to keep calling to try to find out if it was really sent, bought the shoes on 6 August and has not yet arrived, needed the shoes for 17, they told me they would do everything possible but which it was scheduled to arrive on the 18th and so far not got anything. "I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max shoes from footaction.com and was skeptical after reading all the negative reviews. The shoes came on the scheduled date and they look amazing. The only thing is that the box is not the the best condition. But the condition of the box does matter as long as the contents are okay. I am very satisfied with this purchase. "

"Worstttt!!!!! Service ! I called 3 times last night ordered the wrong size and called right after I noticed which was 5 minutes after. Each times that I called I waited approximately 30 minutes they all said the same thing that it was to late and told me to call back again tomorrow so that the "company" can cancel. I called again today and waited an HOUR and was told it was to late to cancel the order. Mind you she said in the system their was any notes being given that it had to be canceled after I spoke with 3 people yesterday. They as well they have an attitude not willing to help."
"Awful customer service and company policies. Made two purchases on separate days for one day delivery which means I should get it next business day. There was a hold on my account for fraudulent charges from them so they cancelled whatever item did not go through but still charged my credit card the full amount. They then were unable to ship the items to me on time because they didn't ship it out and instead shipped it the day I was suppose to receive my order even though both orders were placed in the early morning. When I called to cancel since they were unable to honor the ship dates, they retracted my order but won't reimburse me for shipping. What kind of policy is that? So now I have to watch my statement to make sure I get the full amount refunded from them on one order and try to get my shipping charges back."
