Scammers on delivery

"I ordered Ethika for my grandson on January 6th. Delivery is claimed to have occurred on the 10th. I contacted them on January 14th. They claimed an action was started. I received an email in the 19th indicating investigation continues. As if today, I am told I need to wait another 2 days. I will be deleting this APP from my phone as I will never order from this place again. Their customer service ****."

Horrible customer service

"I ordered sneakers for my son for Christmas paid extra shipping fee to Guarantee that I will receive it the Wednesday before Christmas it is now January 7, 2022 and I still have not received my product or a refund I’ve called the delivery company which is FedEx they said that they put it in the system is lost and now it’s up to foot action to either replace my order or give me a refund I’ve been calling emailing and still has not gotten my refund. It was easy for you to charge my card but so hard for you to give me back my money "

SCAMMERS!!!!!

"Ordered shoes online. Got an email saying shoes were delivered and I was HOME at that time. NO SHOES WERE EVER DELIVERED. It's been a month and I was told 8 days. Still no Word from their "Investigation". They Get your money and you Do Not get your shoes. I am calling and writing their corporate Foot Locker."

NEVER BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN!

"I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max 270 that they said would be ready to be pick-up in store within 24 hours on 06/29/20. They charged me immediately. It is 07/21/20 almost a month after I bought the shoes. I have never received an email from them telling me that my order is ready to be picked up. I have tried calling and emailing them 5 times. The last email I sent was 10 days ago and I have not received any replies. I am so upset! I will be filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAMMED WEBSITE!"

Disgusting Fraudulent Company!!

"I ordered from Foot Action online on 5/28/20..they took the $ off my immediately however I have yet to receive my product or tracking I formation! The next day I received an email stating that my order had shipped and to click the link within the email for tracking info.. ALL LIES! The link brings me to a page that states when delivery becomes available it will be updated! It's now June 5the I have no info on the sneakers I purchased! Meanwhile my order status is saying "Fulfillment Complete"..which is MORE LIES! It seems as though they are taking advantage and stealing consumers money! I wish I would have read the reviews on them PRIOR to placing and order from them and I understand it's a pandemic HOWEVER I've ordered from atleast 5 other places the same day and I've recieved all my other products from other companies! I've tried calling NO LUCK, I've tried emailing that's JUST AS BOGUS no one responds! This is ridiculous! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!! "

"I placed an order on 05/28/20 & they sent an email stating the order had shipped & DID NOT supply any tracking info. The same day I order from Finish Line which I received that order 05/31/20. I checked Foot Actions website & it says “fulfillment complete” how when I don’t have any product but they have my MONEY! This company is scamming people. I can’t get through to customer service & they don’t reply to emails. "

Soo upset with this company!

"i purchased 3 items on May8th2020. They took the money out of my account not long after that. On May15th2020 i received a email that my package was on the way and my tracking number. After it being two weeks now i decide to track the order and no information comes up. No delivery date, no shipping details, no anything. I am really frustrated because this order was not cheap. I understand with COVID happening right now things are a bit slow but not providing information to your customers are not cool either. I called customer service two weeks after the purchase and it rang busy. i sent a email and i got a automatic response that someone would respond in the order received. I really just wanna know where my package is and if not i want my money back. Sad because any other time i would purchase from the store. Now i would never purchase again."

Why is there not an option for zero stars?

"How can I rate nonexistent customer service with a single star?! There should absolutely be an option to give this company zero stars! I placed an online order over a week ago of which at that time I registered my contact information in their database and received an order confirmation number along with a debit to my account. Upon completion of my order I was advised that orders were slow moving out of their distribution facilities due to the effects of COVID-19 and took that into consideration as I anticipated the arrival of my sneakers. After 3 business days I logged onto their website and attempted to track my order via the order number that I was provided only to find that while I could clearly see the Footaction points that I was awarded at the time of purchase, my order number was not registering. Being dissatisfied I attempted to reach their customer service group via telephone for an explanation only to find that they were not accepting phone calls but only emails at this time. Knowing that patience is a virtue, I sent an email detailing my experience and was sent an automated reply stating that I would receive a response in accordance with my place in line. It has been nearly 3 days to which I have yet to receive a response to two separate emails and my order number has yet to register on their website. Being a peer in the profession of customer satisfaction I found myself extremely dissatisfied in their service or lack there of so I took to the internet to read up on a few reviews. I was alarmed at the extreme dissatisfaction that 99% of online consumers of their brand expressed. I have never taken the time to write such a review for any company that I’ve ever purchased from but I felt the need to express the unprofessionalism that I’ve encountered with this company. I would not have even written this review if Footaction had not debited my account prior to at least registering my order in their database. How can you charge an account, provide a receipt and totally disregard providing the merchandise or even register the receipt information in your database?! I am now attempting to have the $212.00 charge reversed via my financial institution of which is a crap shoot. This is such an inconvenience but I have learned a valuable lesson as I will checking consumer reviews before placing any online orders moving forward. To deal with a lack of customer service in 2020 is beyond me as I have no idea how this company is still in business! If you’re going to do business with them I suggest that you wait until the stores reopen as that may be a different experience. However, do not waste your time and money placing an order online where it seems like your throwing your hard earned cash into a black hole. #crusadingagainstFootaction"

If you want shoes, look away from Footaction!!

"Ordered the new Rasta 4s on the release date literally at 9:01am on April 16th. I received an order confirmation to my email. Days go by and still no shipping information and my order has only been processing! I call customer service one time and mind you the wait time is 45min or longer! When I finally get a representative she has no idea was going on with my order. I give it another few days and still nothing! I call back and another 45 mins to an hour wait. Representative answered, didn't know anything about my order and then proceeded to hang up in my face because he didn't have the information I needed. After a week of waiting, I finally receive an email saying my order was canceled because they are out of stock. Mind you again, the website still say they have the product and they simply didn't want to fulfill my order due to laziness. Once my ordered was canceled, I received my refund the next day because the charge was still pending in my account for a week! I wish I would of read the reviews first! Seriously don't order from here under any circumstances. I most definitely prefer ChampsSports or Nike or Finishline. They always ship my order out hours after I receive an order confirmation! Footaction online should but shut down."

Horrible experience, if i could i would give no stars

"I purchased the Pine green 1s the same day they came out, as a sneaker fan i was very excited that i was able to get them. Today footaction contacts me through email saying that the order has been cancelled . Apparently they do not delivery to my building in Manhattan, the lower east side because a lot of packages have been lost or stolen in the past. After waking up extremely early to buy the sneakers, i am told that the order is cancelled because of my building.. this is absolutely unbelievable and nobody Should have to go through this. There are multiple buildings that have numerous apartments, theft can happen anywhere. "

"Long story shortI was issued a refund because I never received my gym shoes.i requested for my refund to be put on a gift card which she agreed to do instead they put it back on the original payment .not only they kept me on hold for exactly 41 minutes and then when I stayed at my problem they hung up on me and never tried to call me back I've then call back and was on hold for another 32 minutes before they told me they could do nothing about reversing the payment. "

Footaction is the WORST online retailer…

"Footaction doesn't even deserve 1 star from me---the WORST online retailer I have dealt with EVER!
After trying and trying, I was able to place an order at footaction.com for a pair or Yeezy Boost 350 Yecheil on 12/20/19 (Order #3383007). My credit card was immediately charged. Later on the same day, I received a shipping notification with the UPS tracking number---boy, was I happy!
ELEVEN (11) DAYS! later the UPS website shows that the label was created but they are not yet in possession of the package. I just called Footaction Customer Service that now claims that the package was lost (lost? come on....this package was STOLEN!) and that all they can do is to refund my payment, which will take another 5-7 business days.
UNBELIEVABLE! Here I am, without my money, without the sneakers and not the slightest apology or at least a site credit in compensation for the poor handling of my order and all that they put me through. FOOTACTION SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!

No stars isn't an option

"I ordered my boyfriend the 6 rings and they were supposed to be delivered one week before Christmas
..i attempted to track package and it was accepted ,processed and the money was deducted from my account after the 5 days came and went i checked the tracking app and it said it was in Cincinnati ohio...the next day i recieved a email that stated the order was cancelled due to info they couldnt verify and the money would be credited to my account..i then attempted to order the same breds from goat who apparently footaction is their distributor and after they sent me conformation of my order they email me the next day stating the seller sent them a letter to deny my order ....what??? So not only is footactions system supposed cancelling orders there **** blocking me from getting them thru another website... You think im shady but you deducted the money and it has yet to credited to my bank i will never again order from here i should of checked these reviews before hand but i didnt because the othet websites reviews were making me nervous one week after Xmas no money no shoes but they sent me two pair last year same info i dont get it but they wont either
