I am due to come home off deployment in a week and wanted to surprise my youngest sister with a pair of new shoes I said I'd get her for doing great in school, so I ordered the Retro Jordan 10 Lady Liberty shoes. After checking my tracking number, I noticed they were being returned even though I had still been charged for them???!. I had to call several times to speak to a supervisor who said she'd be able to send them back and claimed this had never occurred before, unfortunately that never happened and I am STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND TO BE DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT ! "Just received my order from foot action and was very disappointed with the order. Ordered a paid of Nike air Jordans and the one they've sent has been used. There are visible dirt and the inside tag has some dirt on it and torn. It is obviously been used. I will never buy again from this online store. BUYERS BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! "

I ordered Air jordan 1 high KO sports blue from the store since they didn't have the size i want so a worker ordered it for me and the gift was for my godson and I called them on January 14, 2015 and they said it was gonna come in January 19, 2014 then I called again and a rep told me they are gonna come in January 22, 2014 . "The online store is horrible! I placed an order and forgot to add a 15% off coupon so I called them right away and was told that I would have to cancel my order and place a new one. I asked how long it would be until the hold on the pending charge for the canceled order will be dropped and was told 3 days. Here I am a week later fighting for my money back. I called again and they told me it's going to take 73 additional hours before they send a fax to my credit card company to clear the charge"
"DONT SHOP THE ONLINE STORE! Ive never had any trouble at the footaction stores at the mall, but my online experience was not so good.
I bought 3 pairs online, paid $260. Then my credit card company emails me about possible fraudulent purchases on my account to footaction.com. There were 2 additional charges for $105 and $90. So I tell my credit card company to decline those 2 charges. Then I call footaction. They tell me that 2 pairs of the shoes I ordered where not available in their wharehouse, so they will have to come from one of their stores. So they said they have to put a hold on my credit card for the amount of those 2 pairs, and when they ship the hold will be removed. What??!! But I already PAID for all 3! WTF.
So that is very confusing, unnecessary, worrysome. Will scare customers away, and it scared me away because I canceled my order. Who wants their credit card company contacting you for fraudulent activity?! Now I'm worried they will end up not cancelling my order and shipping those shoes...We will see."
"I will NEVER purchase from this website again. I had a HORRIBLE experience, and their customer service department was basically useless. I purchased some Nike's for my husband's birthday. Bought them on a Monday morning and paid extra for 3-4 day shipping so that they would be here by Saturday, his birthday. I got the shipping confirmation the next day (Tuesday), stating that they would be delivered a week later (Not the 3-4 business days I had paid for). After calling their customer service line and explaining that I needed them by Saturday, I was tossed around to 3-4 representatives, none of which helped me out. Now, my husband won't get his shoes by his birthday and I am one VERY disappointed customer. Don't shop here!!!!!!"
"HORRIBLE customer service. Sent the completely wrong thing than what I had originally ordered. I payed $50 for overnight shipping, and it came in 2 days. When I called to complain, they didnt try and make the situation better, they made me feel as if it was my fault. In addition, they did not refund my shipping costs back to me. I then sent back my order and returned the wrong item & exchanged a pair of shoes. To my suprise when I received my package, they were the completly wrong shoe, and the shoe I received was $10 dollars cheaper than what I was oricinally charged for. I'm so weary of my order being messed up or that I will be ripped off again, I REFUSE to shop at this store again and will keep the shoes I did not order originally to ensure i dont get ripped off again."
"We were in their Longview, TX store and the sales crew were phenominal. I was buying shoes for my very young granddaughters, one of whom liked the box the shoes came in and they started ribbing her about charging an additional $30. for the box. We were all cracking up as she was indignant and they just kept on. Too funny. It was our most pleasant mall shopping experience that day and Kevin needs a raise."

"Excellent. New, very nice Reeboks as part of a big sale for $17.99 and $6.99 shipping. Additional items ship for only $1.99 more, so I should have bought a couple of pairs at least.
Order arrived sooner than expected and the shoes are brand new in the original box (unlike some other online shoe sellers who stick them in whatever box is available like they were display models or something and they lost the box). Great selection on their Web site too.
I just wish I had ordered more 'cause the sale is apparently over now."
