"Recently purchased two bags from the site. Shipping to the UK was within a few days and came nicely packaged. However I decided to return one of the handbags. At the time the refund service was under maintenance so I contacted customer services (****@****) and had the pleasure of dealing with Alex who helped me process my refund straight away. The response was excellent and within no time I received my full refund back onto my card. "Wish I could just give No star, this company customer service is the worse!! On seriously talk! I order a bag but cancel it, because they didn’t ship it after 4 days. They advertised SHIP IN 24 hours, lier. A day after I cancel on their website, I got a email saying my order it’s it’s ship. No I don’t want it anymore.
Also Return process takes so long, the bag it’s delivered to them, but I still haven’t get my money back yet. Send them 4 emails already but don’t get any respond back. I’m upset and will definitely not buy from this website again!!

“Hello,
we'd like to reply to the customer.
We completely disagree with her claim.
We processed and shipped out her order in date 27/03/2018, via DHL, prepaying from our side concerning Canadian duties and customs (25% of the order amount), she didn't pay any extra on delivery.
She's been using the bag for one year and a half and she contacted us, after all this time, saying that bag is damaged. We provided the pictures of the bag to the producer, FURLA, they confirm it's regular tear and wear, despite this we exceptionally agreed to have the item returned for a credit.
But return shipping and re-entry to Italy duties and customs will be on her. Free returns, as clearly indicated on our site, are within 28 days from receipt time.
2 year warranty is valid for eventual defects, not because she used the bag for one year and a half and she broke it.
