"If you are ordering from Forzieri in the month of December be FOREWARNED the product will probably not be received in time for the holidays.
I ordered a Christmas gift from Forzieiri on December 6, 2016 and have now confirmed the product won't arrive in time for the Holidays. The product indicated on the website that it restocks in 3 business days. I've contacted customer service twice and was told they would be able to upgrade to express post and ship the item by December 20, 2016.
Unfortunately, it is now December 21, 4 days before Christmas and the product hasn't been shipped. I've confirmed with customer service that it will be shipped out the end of day December 22, 2016... just enough time to make it for a day or two after Christmas. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed.

"I read some of the reviews addressing negative Customer Service and I had just the opposite experience. I received an Alviero Martini 1A Classe bag that was not my style. I was sent a return shipping label, the purchase price was refunded, I chose a new style and it was shipped DHL Express Delivery. This was all accomplished via email. "Be really careful when you shop with Forzieri.com, they published "Free Return" & "Customer satisfaction guaranteed" only to selected countries' customers. I didn't realize this until I made a so called free return as I only get refunded less than one third of amount paid due to return cost and custom cost deduction, which means I pay more than two third of price for Nothing! And the worst is, I requested for return this item due to the item was damaged. I emailed them to request for balance refund or exchange with same non-faulty item but they rejected my request and asked me to make new purchase pay for another same full price. How ridiculous is their customer services that they don't think of customer side just stand on their own unfair policy. I was really regret I made purchase with Forzieri.com and will never shop there again."

" I would like to thank Forzieri and perfect manager Valeria Rossini for being so helpful, heartful and kind to help me get my Furla bag in time (in our country we had new taxes since 14th April so it was very important for me to get my order in time). Valeria was keeping in touch with me for 5 hours (online manager - use it if you have any questions! IT REALLY WORKS!) I ordered on Friday evening and guys were so helpful to ship the same day! I received my order on Monday and was so happy that it was before New Tax day. Despite the fact that Forzieri team was in hurry to ship (usually it takes 24-48 Hours to ship your order) , my bag was packed very nice and carefully! I'm very thankful and soooo loyal for you! I hope all you guys have a good luck everyday working in Forzieri! I really recommend to shop at Forzieri.com- best products and costumer service!

"Hi - I just received my second purchase from Forzieri, and have nothing but words of praise for these people. The customer service is impeccable - I had a few questions and requests prior to making the purchase, and they were very accommodating and helpful.
The goods arrived beautifully packed (you almost feel like not unpacking them :), and in perfect condition.
I didn't have any experience with returns and refunds so far. Given the rather negative reviews on that part, I hope they will work on improvements.
Otherwise, I cannot wait to shop with them again - so far so good :)"
