"I have had (am having) a horrible experience with this company. In January I bought a pair boots for $441-- they were beautiful, but they were too small. I returned them as directed by their return policy/procedures, and UPS confirmed they were delivered on February 8th. It is now March 7th, and I have yet to be reimbursed. After writing to them several times, I was informed that Forzieri's US logistics company had not yet logged the return. Really? One month to log a return? That was their only explanation. I am irate and want my money back. I only wish I had read these other awful reviews before doing business with this horrible retailer. Never again."
"Bad buying experience with several misrepresentations - cost me about $100 USD and ended up with no shoes - not to mention my time emailing Forzieri and calling my credit card company.
I eagerly sought out Forzieri to buy a pair of exclusive two toned Italian made wingtips. I ordered a US size 12, per their catalog, listed at $630. My first sign of trouble was that despite being invoiced in USD, my credit card was charged in Euros, increasing the price by about $20 on my credit card.
I received the shoes a month later, only to find out that they were much larger than the US size 12 standards. I returned the shoes for exchange and agreed to try a size 11. After receiving my return, Forzieri's US based service company took 21 days to process the return. I was then notified that my replacement shoes would take another 3 weeks to be shipped. I was also informed that should I decide to return this pair, I would only receive store credit. Given my experience with the first shoe size issue, I cut my losses and asked for a refund. I was charged 10% restocking fee for a product that did not meet its description.
I would have loved to have the shoes if they were as advertized. Unfortunately, Forzieri seems to be a catalog company that just passes on whatever their vendors produce. For a $600 shoe, I expected more. I guess I’ll stick with Allen Edmonds…

"I wouldn't recommend this website for anyone who is buying a gift, or needs the item by a certain date. They just can't deliver.
I placed an order for a ring on this website for my girlfriends birthday a month before i needed it. The website said the ring was in stock, and was shipping with a 2-day delivery time. 4 days later, the item had not shipped, so I called the company. I found out that the ring was out of stock (contrary to what the website said), and it would be 2 months before it would be back in stock. I was annoyed that I had to call to find this out. After waiting another 6 weeks, I received an e-mail telling me the item was discontinued. I had given my girlfriend a picture of the ring on her birthday, and weeks later, got to tell her that it wasn't coming. Forzieri sure knows how to make a birthday special.

"Service as bad as it gets. Order was delayed, shipped after the delayed ship date. Received wrong item (a tie). Had to pay return shipping, even though they sent the wrong item. Did not receive any sort of confirmation that the returned item was received or how long it would take to ship the correct item. After emailing them to find out what was happening, I was told that they were waiting to receive the correct tie from the manufacturer and would ship it within seven days. We're way past seven days now, I have received no information from Forzieri about what is happening. Have not received a response from them asking to cancel the order and refund my card.
Order was initially placed on 3/12. It's now June. 53 days since the order was placed. I don't have the tie or a refund, and Forzieri apparently doesn't consider it worth their time to respond to my emails asking for information.
Am now asking American Express initiate a billing inquiry."
"Great selection. Received bracelet within two days and it is very nice. Did not have to call for anything, but I would buy from them again with no worries. There is only one shipping option so shipping is a tad spendy, especially if you do not need the item within 2 days."
