"As a resident of Las Vegas it was virtually impossible to buy a natural gas grill. After surfing the internet I found your store and you stock Weber grills. My wife handled the transaction with Owen who was very helpful in advising her on which grill would suit our needs and any extras necessary. When the grill was assembled there were 2 parts missing and I spoke to Andy in customer service. He was incredibly helpful. Rather then have me call Weber and explain my problem, he took the initiative and called Weber , took care of the problem , and promply called me to let me know everything was taken care of. With staff like this I am sure you are very successful, and I would recommend you to any and all my friends looking for your line of product. "Foto Connection..not the most appealing source connection for 65" DLP TV. Originally shook up with so many negative reports on the supplier. Subsequent follow thru with these reports left me weighing the differences between the negative and positive. Then I happened to read where they have acknowledged some of their shortcomings and had jazzed up their public relations and it appeared to me that they were acknowledging some if not all their previous problems. Bottom line, I decided to gamble with them and see if they could deliver on my $2,200.00 investment. They did fine. Arrived as stated and on time. Original packaging with no bangs,cuts or dents. My original anxieties were certainly relieved and as far as Foto Connection is concerned., they did what they said and what they were supposed to have done.
