Even after that you get a friendly reminder per telephone to make sure you registered your product. They are also absolutely helpful if product is in any way damaged. Totally awesome.. Never have I had such outstanding service anywhere online. People go out of their way to assist you any way possible. Also had the best price. I ordered a 22.4 cu.ft refrigerator. "I had a wonderful experience ordering a Canon Powershot SD990 IS Digital camera. Rodney and Bobby were very helpful when I contacted them with the problem of 'LENS error, restart the camera'. The lens was not retracting inside the camera. Rodney assured me that they would send a replacement.

"The order included a Samsung 46" LED television, a Samsung BluRay DVD player with a streaming feature for NetFlix and Pandora, a Denon A/V receiver, a Yamaha 5.1 speaker set, three HDMI cables, and a black glass Bell'O stand for the system. All of the items arrived in timely fashion and in working order. Overall performance of the system has been highly satisfactory. I do not have perfect knowledge of "street prices", but feel that I received good value on the order. The small items were delivered by the usual national shipping companies, but the television and stand were delivered to me in Richmond, Virginia, by a New York shipper local to the company. The original shipping-time estimate was exceeded by a few days, but I was very relieved to that no damage had been incurred during shipping."
