"Love the pictures, not happy with the backing it is plain brown paper. Like the paper I used to cover school books. The delivery was off by 2-3 days. One came and then the 2nd one. Instead of the 4-5 days they were over a week getting here. And the matting was not the size I wanted, but kept the picture anyway because i love it.

".....for not reading reviews before I purchased from Framedart.com. As other comments..complete junk. After ordering on Nov 10 I received the damage piece on Nov 21 AND had paid extra for 2 Day Shipping. All four corners were cracked/broken and to top it off the outside box was not damaged. It clearly left the factory that way.
Do not expect a "wooden" frame it is plastic and cheap. Very disappointing.

"I ordered Sunset Falls I and Sunset Falls II by John Butler. I spent well over $200.00 for each. When they arrived they looked okay. I hung the following day - no one else handled so I know there was no damage to them. I noticed yesterday - 3 months later that one of the mitered corners on one of the pictures has separated. I called and told them. I have been told that since it is greater than 30 days that I would have to pay the $29.99 return and resend postage. As I have been looking at the frame they are VERY cheaply made and also cheaply finished on the back. I am sorry I ever ordered from this company and they only guarantee a picture for 30 days - how long do you usually have a picture hanging? I wouldn't order from them ever again."
"Just spent over $300 on a Beatles framed poster. I opened it up yesterday and the framing was really bad. The ends of two of the corners have gaps so big I could use them as storage!

Very Cheap Prints that have Horrible Clarity.
The Matting has Imperfections at almost every corner (either poor cuts or scraps that should have been removed prior to framing).
They Do Not offer Wire Hangers at the Time of Order (you take it for granted that's how they come)...they hide the fact that this is an "Option" in your purchase confirmation e-mail, which I did not see. The prints come with something called Bar Cleat Hangers which require 3 or 4 screws in the wall for each super-lightweight print. And you better be good at getting two different hangers at the same level or your print will hang crooked. Again, just ridiculous!
Not sure if this is common: I Paid Extra for Non-Glare Glass but this makes the prints Blurry if viewed from anywhere but straight on (views from the left, right, up or down are horrible). I was planning on hanging one print higher up on a tall wall and it looked like total $hit from floor level. I'm guessing this can't be the norm with non-glare glass.
Not worth the Hassle of Returning due to Zero Credit on Shipping Charges, the Return Shipping Charges and Repackaging Hassles.
And since the frames are PLASTIC I probably don't want to Burn this Garbage!!

"I ordered two framed prints. One arrived with a severed, cheap plastic frame and the other was sloppily put together. The matting was shredded all along the bottom. I called repeatedly during business hours and got an answering machine. We will see if they return my email.

"I found something pretty close to what I was looking for to put in my newly remodeled bathroom for a focal point. Luckily they were having a half-price sale which made my choice affordable otherwise I would have had to pass it up. Due to my space constraints I was limited to a smaller frame option without matting. Only after placing my order did I receive information that it would be have a cleat for hanging but if I wanted a wire to let them know. I immediately called the customer service number and was connected with a friendly and helpful person who explained the difference to me between the two hanging options and I said I'd prefer the wire and he said he'd note that on the order. The package arrived when it was supposed to and was undamaged. I am very disappointed that the framing didn't cover the copyright/publishing/distribution/printing information printed at the bottom of the print - it is distracting to see. Whenever I have a print framed this is covered. It did have the wire hanger I'd requested but it wouldn't hang right because one side was mounted 7" from the top while the other side was mounted 5-3/4" from the top! I again called customer service. The person I got this time wasn't particularly pleasant and said she'd send a new hanger with instructions on how to attach it. It hasn't arrived and we chose to remove the wire on one side and reattach it ourselves so we could get the piece hung. Because I got it at half price and the cost to return it would be prohibitive I am keeping it though I may well have it reframed in a better frame and to cover up the offending printing at the bottom of the print."
