"Chalk it up as a learning experience. Based on the images on the website, and no mention of the materials used in construction, at least on the page for the item I ordered, I expected a wood frame. What I got was a cheap plastic frame. I looked into the returning the item, but I would have to eat the original shipping cost and incur the cost of shipping it back. That meant I would only get back about 66 cents on my original dollar cost, because shipping would be nearly 44% of my original cost. Although the product seemed well priced at the time, especially given that it was said to be discounted about 50%, it turned out to be something really worth much less than I paid for it. "

"I spend almost $300 on two framed prints. The frames are junk and made of plastic. The prints were poorly framed and one came loose within days of arrival. The other is buckling. You'd be better off ordering just prints online and using a coupon at Michaels or Aaron Brothers. Don't waste your time and money with Framedart.com."

After placing my initial order I waited for 2 weeks to get my framed print from NJ(I live in Brooklyn,NY) so I thought the wait was a tad long and then when it arrived the frame was damaged.I came to find out it was packaged poorly(with no protection whatsoever on the edges or anything except plastic and the outside cardboard box.)Unfortunately I received a damaged frame and the print itself had ripples.Called right away and customer service was fantastic.They sent out a new framed print with proper protection and it arrived safely within the week.Overall I'm pretty satisfied.The quality is very good for the price and hopefully will order from framedart.com again with no problems!"
