"Cost me alot of time and money"
"I did not received ANY follow-up contact from dealership’s parts department once I received an email receipt for a KIA accessory part purchased online. The delivery status link embedded in the email did not give any updates for over 2 weeks while I waited for the part to ship. After getting the impression someone dropped the ball and forgot my order, I tried to call the dealership twice but the message left on the dealership answering machine was not responded to. On the 3rd phone over 2-3 days, I was finally able to speak with a polite salesperson who promised to deliver my request to the acting general manager for a shipping status. No one called me back nor wrote me an email expressing any regret. I eventually went back to the aforementioned email status link and saw that a shipping label had FINALLY been printed and the order processed! "
"I place an online order about a month ago and still have no part. I place several calls and left voicemails and have recieved no response. Done wasting my time going to report back to credit card.

"It has been almost two weeks since I ordered a part online from Frank Boucher Kia and I still don’t know when or if I’ll receive it. They have not responded to phone messages I’ve left or an email I sent. The only update I received was an email sent a week ago to let me know that the order has been received. They have displayed a very disappointing lack of service thus far. I’d like the part sent to me immediately or the order canceled."

"I've ordered on the website the parts, which is in stock. Waited for them for a week. After check with them by phone they told me that they cancel the order and will not send this part. With no reason, just because lazy or something.
It was a simple parts for Kia, air vent duct and some misc. "

I was going to order from Arizona because of the great deals from a KIA dealership in Arizona. Then I found Boucher had the same great on-line prices. I live just over the border in Illinois so it was not that far of a drive. Parts were ready in a short amount of time. I was able to drive and pick them up saving even more money. The gentlemen in the on-line department was awesome. Not only was he really friendly (guy with twists in his hair), but he loaded up my car with the parts.
