"I came to pick up a part at 7:45 am. Which is 15 minutes AFTER the parts department is supposed
to open. It was very difficult to find a door that was unlocked to get in.
Of course once I got in the parts department guy was polite and quick to get me my part.
The minus one star is because they locked all the doors while I was in the parts department, and it was very difficult to get out. When I told the lady at the front I couldn't get out, it seemed she was more concerned about eating her breakfast sandwich then helping me get out. She kept saying that they were closed at the time, not listening to me reminding her that the parts department actually was open already at the time.
Maybe she needs a refresher course on how to treat customers."
"Around three weeks ago, I ordered some pars for my car. They supposed to be sending me emails to keep track of the stuff that I order almost 3 weeks. I didn’t receive no email. I don’t know if they order the parts they send the parts they just charge my money, and I don’t See any parts I’m not happy that’s why the reason I’m putting only one start on this"
