"My battery was bad so I called parts and asked if one was in stock. I was told yes and I could order online. I did. I got a jump start and drove to pick up. The gentleman Art Landry was beyond rude. He alluded to their system being down and that I had “messed up” by coming. Since the system was down he alluded to I couldn’t have received an email to pick up the part. I explained I had called, was told there was stock, ordered on Fred Anderson’s website, and got sales confirmation. He acted extremely irritate and said something along the lines of he would get me the battery “this time”. I have bought vehicles from you and used your service for at least 20 years. I even used to tell my friends about the quality I experienced. I have not had one bad experience. Mr Landry was un professional, rude and caused you to lose. A 20 year customer"

We had to order this from our warehouse in Florida as we did not have it in stock. This item then backordered. Even if it had been in stock at our warehouse we would not have seen this item until 5/29 and then would have had to ship it from NC to you. Even under the most ideal of circumstances you would not have received this order from us in a day and a half.
