"Twice, I have communicated with parts personnel, both in-person, and over the phone. Where I was adequately assisted, the individual was rather rude, VERY impersonal, and acted as if I were inconveniencing them throughout the entire interaction. My wife was with me during the in-person visit, where I was inquiring about a part for our Tacoma. The guy with whom we spoke acted as if we were a bother. As she and I walked away she said to me, " boy did they just lose a customer." It made her quite angry that after spending the money we have at Fred Anderson, that just because you may be having a bad day, you should NEVER be that rude to someone wanting to spend more, paying YOUR salary. A few months later I still purchased part from Fred Anderson, but that was mostly due to its close proximity to our home. As I stated, we were assisted, got what we paid for, but feel a little as if we've been smacked in the face."

"I ordered a bracket for my Tacoma, accidentally I clicked twice on the web and duplicated the order. I called and explained the error and the gentleman at parts corrected the problem without any hesitation. A few minutes later I had the funds back in my account for the duplicate order. After calling the next day to get a time frame on the part, he remembered me and told me the part will be sent out today. Very satisfying to know this dealership and parts department internet sales cares for its customers.

"I ordered the driver side grab handle for my 2018 Tundra. The website was easy, the order process and confirmation was fast, communication was super and I received the parts within two days! A great experience.
The part does require a bolt and specialty nut. This comment is more of a Toyota thing than it is for Fred Anderson parts however for the cost I feel the hardware should have come with the part. "
