First let me apologize for the issue with your online order. Looking into this it appears that the initial email informing us of a shortage with your parts was sent Saturday July 13 at 10:08pm after we were closed for the day. We are also closed Sunday July 14th. I spoke with my internet manager and he stated that he reached out first thing Monday morning, July 15 ,requesting pictures of the part and the box so that we could assist you in getting this matter resolved. It is my understanding that he is diligently working towards a satisfactory resolution of your issue.
