"Don't bother ordering from this company. My experience has been the worst. They don't respond to emails. The phone number listed goes straight to voicemail. You place your order but receive no merchandise. When you request a refund on their website, no one responds to your request for a refund. I've never received an email confirmation from this company but it was debited from my bank account. I've never received an email from this company. I have been waiting since March 16, 2020, and they are giving me the run-around. Apparently, I am not the only one experiencing this situation."

This left me confused on what paper we had ran out of. Noticing the price nearly doubled between 24lb and 28lb, I ended up ordering 24lb paper. The package arrived quickly and it also had 28lb written on the label with the bar code for 24bl paper. "
