I requested a refund May 4th and was told by Maxine Rodney I would receive a refund. No further contact has been received as of June 24, 2020. I submitted a claim to receive a refund via my bank and PayPal and surprisingly there is a tracking number. I don't want the product and it will not be opened and promptly returned. "

After three weeks, I reached out to inquire about a tracking number...nothing. 4 weeks pass by, I reach out to the company again. No answer. I filed a claim with PayPal. I escalated it, on the last day they had to respond, a tracking number was sent. I told PayPal I still wanted a refund and did not want the item which still hasn’t showed up. And nary a peep

"I ordered from this company April 4th. I was told by email that I could expect delivery in 2-7 days, this was reflected on the website as well. I did not receive my order as promised. Upon purchase I was also told that I would receive notice of the tracking number from USPS. Neither of those has happened. I emailed the company on 4/23 stating I had not received the package, had not heard anything from the company about a delay, nor from usps. On 4/23, I received an email stating they would reply within 48-96 hours. I did not hear anything within the promised 48-96 hours, in fact hadn't heard anything after 144 hours. So, I emailed the company again letting them know to cancel my order and I issue a full refund. Again I heard nothing back. I filed a report with PayPal. still nothing. I then escalated my claim via PayPal. And still did not hear anything for weeks. Today I received an email saying my order has been completed and shipped. As I wrote in every communication to this company since 4/30 email and in all my communications via PayPal - I no longer want or need this item, I MOST OF ALL no longer wish to do business of any sort with this company given their absolute failure to communicate at all in any way.
