"Will order again, but will always pick exactly which bouquet in the future.
Chose the "Florist's Bouquet" this time and was let down by the arrangement. It was mostly greenery with some gerbera daisies, carnations, a few small roses and 1 larger rose. Since I sent as a birthday gift from afar I was disappointed it wasn't up to the level of previous deliveries from this company.

"My order was received far to early. I requested a 3-16-22 delivery on the the order I placed 3-7-22. Yet the order was delivered on 3-9-22. Fortunately we were not out of town yet & someone was home to accept the delivery. Not sure if I'll ever use this service again if an order is delivered far to early."
"I had a horrible experience, first I paid expedited shipping, the flowers were sent until noon on next day. Then they sent a HORRIBLE bouquet, nothing like the pictures. I paid a total of 77 USD and my sister received a horrible bouquet that I believe it cannot be more expensive than 25 dollars, it was really horrible. Do not buy anything from this store! "
"I was disappointed that although the site said it was "same day" delivery, the only days available started the next day, even though it was midday when I was looking. Then, they charged an added fee for "same day/weekend" delivery, but it was Monday (not a holiday), and the delivery was scheduled on a Tuesday. On Tuesday morning, I received an email saying the delivery occurred, but my friend said there was no delivery. Interestingly, the email said if the delivery hadn't been received, just wait 24 to 48 more hours and then report it. For a "same day" delivery. Additionally, there was no order number in the email to use to track the delivery on their site. The flowers were delivered in the afternoon on that Tuesday, so they were on time, but the communication was poor and the site misleading. To their credit, they were beautiful when they arrived."
"Apparently a delivery attempt was made 3/11 but they did not attempt to call recipient to determine if flowers could be left. Indeed someone would have been home shortly after attempt was made. An email was sent to me/sender saying flowers were delivered when they were not. Had to call customer service who said email was sent in error and delivery would be made 3/12. Flowers were finally delivered and they are lovely. I really did not need the extra stress and worry but am relieved my order was delivered."

"My experience? Absolutely horrible! Thank God I asked the recipient for photos of the flowers because the arrangement is NOT at all what I paid for and sent to them. Cheap, unprofessional mess thrown in a vase that quite frankly I'm embarrassed to have ordered for someone. A total waste of money. I could have gone and bought a generic bouquet at my grocery store and thrown them in a dollar store vase if that is the look I wanted.
I won't waste my money and time in the future with this company. "
