"called in they refused to help. only said it will be delivered by 6. my wife leaves at 2. I paid expedited so she could get it early. she was having a bad a day at work this would of helped. I had to stop payment threw my bank "

Absolutely horrible

"I paid for expedited delivery. Called the next day to tell them to leave flowers at the door, they said “unfortunately they cannot deliver “ and they only could deliver the next day. Unacceptable and more importantly UNRELIABLE!"

Worst EVER

"Birthday roses were supposed to be delivered today. They originated in Los Angeles and we’re going to San Francisco. Somehow tracking showed they had gone to Kentucky. When I contacted customer service all I got were excuses and “They will arrive as soon as possible” comments. HUH?!?! It took me 45 minutes to get a full refund after demanded to speak with a supervisor and after they offered me 15% than 50% and excuse after insulting excuse. "

Late delivery

"I paid for expedited delivery to my mom's funeral, and they arrived 2 hours late. They refunded me the $5 expedite fee, but nothing else. The arrangement was nearly $100 and the service was well over before it arrived."

The absolute worst

"Do not order flowers from this co. I ordered a fall pumpkin bouquet for birthday/ thanksgiving. Both Ocassions came and went and no flowers. They marked the order as delivered. We have cameras they never even attempted to deliver.
Do not use this third party service as you will get tired of waiting and look extremely bad with person that you forget on birthday!

HORRIBLE

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Not only was the flower arrangement I chose for my family members funeral late, it wasn't what I selected and paid for! THIS WAS FOR A WOMAN THAT LOST HER CHILD and you not only substitute the order, but were late with delivery. She could've received dandelions for all I know and the sales rep was totally clueless and unmoved by this horrible situation that can't be fixed! It can't be taken back! Or can't be changed! Losing a child during a pandemic, when it's difficult to be supportive long distance; I thought sending a beautiful arrangement to show love and sympathy from Afar, but had no idea it would be this way. I have no idea what she received and I refuse to ask because that's just distasteful. Thanks for nothing!! Taking this to the internet for sure. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!"

Nothing like what I ordered

"The arrangement was nothing like what was ordered. It was for a funeral. The flowers were not as pictured and the container was replaced by a cheap white basket. Embarrassing display for a funeral arrangement."

NOT WHAT YOU ORDER

"I can understand a possible substitution if low on what was ordered but received a completely different arrangement then I ordered on top of feeling like it was sloppily threw together... Just was not a good experience for the price you pay at all... You are better off going to a local florist... Honestly wish I would have read the reviews... How can you offer items and arrangements if you don't have them..."

Terrible Company!!!! DO NOT USE!

"This company is the worst! We ordered flowers for a sad friend early in the day Thursday for SAME DAY ARRIVAL!!! The next day Friday, the flowers had still not arrived and customer service center does not care!!! They say we will investigate LOL! It has been 5 days, we have paid $75 and have no answers and still no flowers!!!!! Terrible company, they have no idea what they are doing."

Incompetence !!

"Cheaters !

Charged for same day delivery when the order was made one day in advance! Instead they delivered two days later. Did not respond to my request to refund the same day charges.

Rescheduled cake delivery to different date without giving any notice. Tracking system could not clarify status.

A simple order of 8 balloons could not be delivered, delivered only 6 of them. Example of careless omission. On complaining they refunded for two balloons!!

What should have been a simple and seamless service turned out to be a clumsy operation at my cost. The surprise element of the birthday was ruined by the inept handling of the company.

Will never order from them again.

Terrible service at its best

"I wish I read all these reviews before placing an order. Advertising on their site "same day delivery" is a joke. My frustration and stress levels have gone through the roof. My grandfather passed away recently and I ordered a premium arrangement to be delivered to my aunt's house (sympathy flowers) on Saturday 7/31/21 same day delivery. I received a notification that the arrangement was delivered. I text my aunt to ask if she received the flower, to my surprise SHE DID NOT.

Saturday 07/31/21- spoke to Nicole, she apologized and said she will refund the delivery fee for "Same day Delivery" and resend the arrangement on Sunday. I agreed.

Sunday 08/01/21- Sunday came along and again, NO FLOWERS.

Monday 08/02/21- spoke to Alejandra (8:00AM), I asked her why was i told the arrangement was going to be delivered on Sunday and never got there. Her response was "we can try to deliver tomorrow". Umm no, this is unacceptable I asked her what do you mean "TRY"? I want my money back. She then said she will refund the money once the florist respond to her email to cancel and someone should call me back today to confirm.

MONDAY 08/02/21- spoke to Khatik (8:00PM), I explained to her the whole situation, she put me on hold, came back to the line and tells me the arrangement is set to deliver for TOMORROW, like what? Lol, umm NO, I expressed to her I'm frustrated and tired of being lied too. She then puts me back on hold again, came back and explained to me that typically they must wait 24 hours for their florists to reach back to them and that's why I did not get a phone call about my refund. I was never told this, if I would have known it took 24 hours, then I would have called Tuesday. I expressed to her that the other 2 representatives need training. The representative then send me an email confirming my full refund and apologized for the whole thing.

This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this place. Out of all the 3 representatives I spoke to, the last one was professional and compassionate.. but I still don't recommend this place.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

"I ordered flowers for a funeral in St. Louis from this company a week ago and paid for expedited delivery so that the flowers would arrive at the church on the morning of the service. No flowers were ever delivered and when I reached out to the company, all they offered me was a refund of my $5 expedited fee. After much haggling, they offered me a full refund, but no sincere apology and no explanation of why the flowers never showed up. I will never use them again and hope you don’t either. So disappointed."
