"Ordered an arrangement "Brilliant Birthday Blooms" that I saw on the website on 5/22/22 with a request for them to be delivered 5/25 for a 101st birthday. I paid extra to have them delivered in the morning of the 25th. I received a notice the evening of the 23rd saying they had been delivered (wrong day) showing a totally different arrangement! I called & talked with Bhanasheree (?) told her wrong day & wrong arrangement! The reason I had ordered this specific arrangement was because of the vibrant colors of flowers, white container with candles on it & curly ribbons - it made it very festive! I stressed the importance to her they should only show arrangements on the web site that they are capable to deliver! She assured me they would have the florist do the proper arrangement & have it delivered on the morning of the 25th. When it didn't arrive, I called Allie(?) who told me it would be delivered by 4:30 PM. As of 10 PM still no delivery! I am still unaware what was finally delivered, if anything. As of the evening of the 25th there has been no further correspondence from From You Flowers customer Service. I received a refund $10.51 + $5.46. That really does not compensate for totally screwing up my birthday wishes for a 101 year old aunt!! I am totally disappointed! Poor customer service!"

"Was hoping to get flowers delivered the same day, purchased them around 2 so I was notified that they’ll be delivered by 6 pm that’s fine but when no one received flowers and no call was attempted I was devastated. Thankfully there 24/7 customer service was amazing and we got right back on track. Will be purchasing more soon and hopefully this time it’ll be a lot smoother. :)"
