"Do Not Order from Here!!!
I order two sets of flowers for my coworker. One for her and one for a funeral service.
The flowers she'd received did not look anything like the picture I order! No order was just plain white flowers, no color.
The second order was the funeral service of my coworker. Even paid for the expedited service. And guess what?!! The flowers never arrived to the service!!!! I called customer service, and I'll they wanted to do an investigation! I would have an answer within 48 hours! Seriously!!! The funeral is OVER and they want to investigate! How unprofessional and inconsiderate! What kind of third party shops do they work with where they cannot expedite the order, especially for a funeral.
Never again, will I use them again. Very disappointed!"

"I ordered flowers for my mother in law’s funeral 10 days ahead. The flowers should be delivered the day before the funeral, but it was not delivered. I emailed them, no reply. I called them in the morning of the funeral day, they told me that they were going to call the flower shop and call me back, they never called me back. I went on their website and started chatting with them 2 hours before the funeral, they kept telling me that they needed 24 to 48 hours to investigate and then email me back with the result. But what about the flowers I needed for the funeral? 24-48 hours later the funeral is over. All they care about is the money not the customer. "

"I paid for same day service. I was specifically looking for same day delivery and paid quite a bit for a small arrangement. They failed to deliver what I ordered and only told me when it was too late for me to order elsewhere.
They did not offer to refund my order or provide any help in providing the service I paid for. This company is a complete failure. First time I used this company and I'll never give business to them again."
"They were late for 6 hours , lied to me twice , at the end they didn’t know what happened with the order and asked me to call my girlfriend to apologize.

"My 12 year old granddaughter was injured this past Saturday and had to undergo surgery on Monday. I ordered flowers/balloon to be delivered to her hospital room on Monday 6/5/23. Total (including extra fees to MAKE SURE she received it that morning $69.08. Imagine my disappointment when she called me yesterday, 6/6/23, and when asked about her flowers she told me they never arrived. I called customer service rep (who speaks English with such a heavy accent that I cannot understand her well) and was put on hold while this rep called the flower shop. The line was busy and apparently, that's the end of the customer service because despite being told I'd hear by the end of the day via email, I've heard nothing. I reordered the flowers/balloon yesterday morning to be delivered to her home. Again, I paid all the extra fees - I did use the $12.19 'credit' from the day before, for a new total of $65.33. I waited all day for these to be delivered in the 4 hour period which I paid extra for. Nothing. An email arrived last night after 7PM telling me the order AGAIN was not delivered. No failing on my part, the girl was at her home all day long. No reason given. They didn't deliver or attempt to deliver. I am out a total of $134.41 with a 12 year old grandchild that STILL has not received any flowers."
"On 5/29/2023 I purchased an arrangement from “From You Flowers (FYF)” to be delivered on 6/2/2023. On 6/2/2023 at 5:30pm, the order had not been delivered so I contacted FYF and asked for a delivery update. FYF e-mailed me and stated the recipient was not home. The order was not left at the door, no call was made to me or the recipient, and no door tag was left. All of this should have bene done per the FAQs on FYF’s website. I responded to their e-mail and asked them to deliver it ASAP, the replied stating they would deliver it on 6/3/2023. On 6/3/2023, I received an e-mail stating “no one was available to accept the arrangement and deemed it unsafe to leave.” I called FYF and spoke with Joy, a supervisor, who assured me the order was delivered 6/2/2023 at 6:12pm. Are you still with me on this? First, they tell me no one was home on 6/2/2023, then they say it was unsafe to leave it on 6/3/2023, then they tell me it was delivered the previous day (6/2/2023). In speaking with “Joy,” she offered a 50% discount because I was unhappy. In another e-mail after speaking with Joy, FYF stated, “we would like to redeliver the item ordered to replace the one received.” So…now they are suggesting the order was delivered and they are replacing it because I am “disappointed!” FACT: The recipient was home with family recovering from surgery on both days confirmed that no florist ever attempted to deliver anything to their home on 6/2/2023 or 6/3/2023. To sum up, FYF states that my order was delivered and was not delivered and is “willing” to give me a 50% refund for my disappointment."
"These people are shameful to say the lease. They failed to deliver a spray to my best friends funeral today. Their **** poor excuse was they couldn't find a florist. REALLY? I had a video call from the funeral home in Washington state and there wasn't anything delivered. I had to find out hours after the funeral. Then the chat person offers to deliver the flowers to my buddy's home once they can find someone. What in the world is wrong with these people?????? You can't fix this! Most unreliable company around. Who does this? From You Flowers does."
"I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother that were supposed to arrive on May 12th. On May 13th I checked the tracking as they had not arrived yet and it said they were in a UPS facility in Wilkesboro, NC. I checked again today as they had still not arrived and they are still in a facility in Wilkesboro. I first tried to chat on their website but the bot closed out my chat before it even anwsered. So I emailed and got a response about how sometimes deliveries can take longer, which wasn't very helpful as it didn't actually give any information. I ended up calling to see if I could get a better answer than that and it was not a pleasant phone call at all. I asked why they are still in a facility and the man assured me that they were out for delivery and would arrive tomorrow. So I asked about what would happen if they were dead since they are fresh flowers and according to the tracking website they were put together on May 10th and were heading to North Carolina from Kentucky. He assured me that they wouldn't be and they were coming from a local florist but if there is a problem I could call and get a refund. When I made a comment about how they are coming from Kentucky and that they have been cut since May 10th, he let me know that they know what they are doing and that I "don't understand" (his acutal words). He tried explaining some sort of process to me but I was having trouble understanding his accent, I let him know that I was having a hard time understanding and he asked if that was all and said goodbye. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever expericenced. Which is a shame because my family has ordered from there before and has never had a problem. I guess we'll see if they actually get delivered tomorrow, but I don't have much hope."
"Twice now From You Flowers has failed to deliver my flowers as requested. First time they missed a funeral by 5 days. Second time they missed my wife's bday, even after I paid an expediting fee. When you call and complain, their agents have no skin in the game. They offer you your expediting fee back when in reality, they missed their contract with me so I asked for a full refund. Nope,,,,they read their script and you are left deeply disappointed and having to apologize to your relatives and your wife. What a horrible company. "
