"Placed an order to be delivered the next day. When I got the confirmation I saw that they had shipped the wrong order. I text customer service and got a bot. The bot then switched me to what I was led to believe was a live person on text. They told me once you order ship they can't do anything. The website is not very easy to navigate. I would recommend avoiding this company and their website and buying your flowers elsewhere."
"For 40-60 dollars the flowers should at least be fresh and stems cleaned below the water line. I has black leaves and dirty stems in a clear vase nothing like the one advertised. Flowers already browning on petal edges. Only resemblance to website phone was vague color resemblance. They offered partial refund. Was not having it as what I received was not worth $5. They did say they would issue full refund. Now I have to scramble to find something nice. Fortunately I had delivered to me first. I would have been horrified if I had them delivered to the recipient.

"I order some flowers this week. What was delivered was significantly different than what I ordered. I wish I could attached a picture to this review of what I ordered with a picture of what was delivered. Then you could see there are less flowers in the bouquet. I understand that some flowers may no be in season, bloomed, etc. But your site indicates that they will replace those with other flowers. There are no replacement flowers in the bouquet delivered. There is 1 sunflower vs. the 3 in the picture. The bouquet is practically empty.
I am utterly disappointed in this. This was a bouquet to be sent to my friend who lost her husband. I will not be ordering from you again.

"I placed an order on Monday for a funeral spray to be delivered on Friday by 4pm. I received an email at 3:10 pm on the day of the funeral to get an email stating they could not find a florist. If I had at least a day, I could have contacted a reputable and dependable florist. I immediately called customer service and of course it's outsourced to another Country. She tells me she'll give me 30% off and deliver a funeral spray to the recipients home the next day. That's the dumbest mess I've ever heard!!! I hung up, called back and got the same suggestion. I requested a full refund with email confirmation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
"I ordered flowers (thinking it was 1800-flowers) for my son's girlfriend. I received an email regarding a problem with the order. We were traveling so I emailed back asking the issue. After no response I checked my account,it had been charged. I called the number provided and they said my order had been "randomly" selected for verification. They wanted my information over the phone, CC, billing address etc. When I asked why when I had already been charged suddenly the person on the phone spoke very horribly broken English. They kept putting me on hold and tranferring me. Scammers"
"I paid extra money to have my husband's anniversary gift basket be delivered today. I wanted thos extra goft because I am a paramedic and had to work 14 hours today. I wanted my husband to have something from me delivered today since I couldnt be there with him. It never arrived. I received no email, no voice-mail, and my husband never received a phone call. The only thing customer service did is give me a credit of $3.19 with ZERO explanation of what happened. I won't be using this company again and I recommend no one else does either. I'm supposed to receive the order "first thing tommorrow". All I wanted to do was open a bottle of wine and share some candy with my husband since I am mandated to work and we couldn't go do anything special. My plans for the night are ruined, but at least I got a credit of enough money to buy a cup of coffee...."

"If I could give this company a zero star review I would! I had never heard of them but they had some really cute arrangements so I thought that I would give them a try. It was a close friend's birthday so, at 9:30am, I ordered a "love you beary much" flower, bear, chocolate combo. I paid extra for expedited same day delivery so it would get there by 1:30pm. Nope. It didn't. They automatically refunded that extra charge and said it would be delivered "soon". I called customer service not once, not twice, but THREE times to find out what was going on. They just kept saying that it would be soon. Then they said it would be by 1:30pm and I told them obviously not since it was already 6pm. Then they told me it would be by 6pm. Then it finally was delivered, so they say, at 7:30pm (I haven't heard yet from my friend to see if it was received). Seriously?! It wasn't a holiday or weekend. It was just a random TUESDAY! What in heaven's name took them 10 hours? OH, BUT WAIT! It turns out that the birthday bouquet was NOT delivered on my friend's birthday. It was delivered the next day. After I gave them a horrible review on Yelp they called me yesterday and tried to tell me that a neighbor had picked up the bouquet off of my friend's porch (she doesn't even have a porch) and given it to her the next day. I checked with my friend and she said that the florist delivered it the next day NOT her neighbor. Beyond that, the cost went from $54.99 to $95.54 by the time they added all sorts of extra charges. They are a total rip-off. The only good that came of it was that they offered me a partial refund and ended by giving me a full refund. I will say I did appreciate the refund but wish I hadn't had to go through all of this PLUS be a day late for my friend's birthday."
"On 11/17/22 I placed an order for the Sunny and Bright boquet priced $44.99. The flowers delivered were nothing like I ordered. I was promised a resend. The resend then turned into a credit of $16.00 towards another purchase that expires in a few days. They lied to me then tried to drum up more business from me. I was humiliated when I saw a picture of what was delivered. Total deception."
"I do not recommend. I haven’t had the best experience with From You Flowers but thought I’d try again since it had been awhile and other reviews seemed okay. I guess I should have known better. We paid $77.97 for a premium display for a 50th birthday. The picture on the website was gorgeous. What was actually delivered was a joke. I contacted From You Flowers and they said they could only offer a 25% refund ($15 - which was basically the service fee). I couldn’t believe it. Do not use this service - you will get cheated. I do not recommend."

I ordered two bouquets to the same address, paid 4.99 for delivery on the same day until 12 noon. one of the bouquets was delivered at 2.15 in the afternoon and the second one was not delivered at all!!! after my third call I canceled the order of the second bouquet!! wasted time and money!!!"
"On 10/6/22 I ordered “How Sweet It Is" bouquet from fromyouflowers.com in the "Premium" size which is the largest size offered. The regular price is $59.99 plus shipping and taxes. The picture of this bouquet on the website shows 7 large roses and 17 small roses in the bouquet. The bouquet received had about 3 big roses and 3 small roses and was filled with filler leaves, Lillies and carnations. Colors, flower types, and quantity were not even the same or close. I understand substitutions are allowed but this was just unreasonably different and smaller/lower in quality.
Upon seeing the flowers, I called customer service to complain and ask for a refund. They granted my request. However, they did not mention needing to return the flowers. Now the person I sent the flowers to just called me and told me the florist came to their house and took back the flowers.
They did not tell me this would happen when I talked to customer service. This is the worst and most unprofessional service I have experienced. This is not a company I would trust with sending anyone you know a gift."
