"I discovered Fry's Electronics while a Seattle resident. I appreciated the values and breadth of equipment carried in the stores. Unfortunately, I no longer live where a retail Fry's store is located. The good news is some items can be delivered. Most recently I ordered the Asus Chromebit device online, which works very well. It was rapidly shipped with no problems and at a bargain price. Thanks Fry's. Please open a store in Oklahoma City."
"Ordered an item online from Fry’s website. The order was automatically forwarded to one of their stores in Texas. Within 15 minutes, I received an email to call the store to confirm the order. I called the store as requested and had a rude, obnoxious, uncaring customer service rep that told me that she could not help with the order. She just wanted to get off the phone. I then received a cancellation notice by email. Called their national help desk who helped me with the order and it processed without any further issue. "
"Tried to order a phone from frys five times, and every time I received an email saying the order was cancelled with no explanation why. Tried using a different credit card, tried ordering a different model. Talked to 3 people in customer service who gave me 3 different explanations, but none of them checked out and I never ended up getting a phone."

"horrible experience. As a business owner in the CATV industry I will never buy again nor send anyone to Fry’s again. I ordered a monitor and paid extra for it to be shipped two day by 4pm. Two days later at 4:26 Fry’s calls to confirm my shipping address. Said they still have not shipped my product. Said they had no authorization to overnight my package. I found the same product on Amazon.com and delivered in two days. Cancelled my Fry’s order and will never do business again with them due the above and sad excuses and apparent run around questions and not knowing their **** from a hole in the ground and that was from the Las Vegas staff and management. Fry’s lost a big time purchasing customer and will continue to lose business from this ordeal."

Called customer service to find out the item actually wasn't in stock. Placed a new order, received a phone call that item wasn't in stock. Repeat 3 more times. I finally have up and ordered on off Amazon and received it there next day."
"I ordered a modem/router since mine died and I needed it asap due to work-from-home requirements. Ordered one on your website, chose next day shipping, and when I woke up the following day there was an email saying the order was cancelled with no explanation. I called customer support and they said you were out of stock. That should have been reflected on the website, and I should not have been allowed to checkout. This was not only annoying, but also set me back a day on important work, as I had to go elsewhere to order again."
