"Ordered and item from the website and they now claim they no longer sell the product, five days later the product is still listed for sale on their site and they will not fill my order. Well, then you shouldn't have it listed for sale on your site."
"Ordered three items online, all being listed as available for shipment. Within an hour of placing the order, I received an email indicating that two of the items were out of stock and wanting to know if I would accept a specific substitute. Called customer service to determine why when the items were listed as available to be shipped, I get the email saying they were not available. Discovered that when you place an online order, it gets assigned to a store that may not have all items in stock for that order and that their order processing system makes no attempt to find a store that has all items for the order in stock. Ended up getting substitutes for two of the items and cancelling the third item."
"I live an hour away from my Fry’s so I ordered to have my item shipped. The day it was supposed to go in the mail I found myself about five minutes away from the store. I called to see if I could just come pick it up. The employee had to investigate my request and took my name and number to let me know if it was feasible. She actually called back! "

If they're out of stock they should have an automatic system in place to mark it as out of stock when they no longer have inventory of said product."

"Two orders now both have been cancelled. Both times I have had to be the one to contact frys about what is going on and they never told me they were having a problem filling my order they just cancelled it. Will never buy here again "
"On three different occasions, I have attempted to purchase a car stereo from the Frys.com website. All three times, I was called and told the item was no longer in stock and a mistake had been made. This has been beyond frustrating. I suppose I should have learned my lesson from the first bad experience.
In addition, EACH AND EVERY time I was told I was going to be refunded my money, the associate that called me was unsympathetic and rude. I was pretty much told it was on me that I had purchased the accessories for the stereo and now just have them sitting, not being used and I am no longer able to return them bc I kept trying to purchase a stereo and the time to ship them back elapsed.

"After several phone calls on two different days involving 20 minutes or more each day and finally getting the order placed I received a phone call a day after placing the order saying the item I ordered was not in stock. After finding the same item at the same price elsewhere I'm not likely to give Fry's another opportunity. "

"I placed two order a couple of weeks apart and both order were shipped very quickly, delivered on the timetable they estimated and packaged well to protect the contents. Inside the packaging was a receipt for my order, which most online sellers don't bother to do any more.
The quality of the product was excellent.
