A Million Thanks!

"I have been a Full Compass customer for many years now. After getting tired of being treated like an idiot by some over zealous audio sales people at a few other stores I ended up trying out Full Compass.

Erik Anderson has been my salesperson, right hand , sounding board, advisor , and occasionally a sympathetic ear. I handle tech duties for a medium sized church.. (we have 5 separate systems ranging from small to concert sized operating during a typical Sunday.... as well as my own private studio. Erik Anderson has guided me through upgrades... recommended new gear ... and always given me great pricing with quick shipping and excellent support. AND HE LISTENS TO ME! I don't always end up ordering what I intended when I call Erik.... but I always end up with the right product for my needs. ..... My wife has suggested that we "adopt" Erik!

Andrew and Gabe came through with a very time sensitive order with flying colors!

"Andrew and Gabe overnighted some projector bulbs to me on a Friday evening, so I would have them in Ohio on Saturday before noon. They arrived at 11:30 am eastern, and I was on the lift installing them by noon. Thanks very much for your extraordinary help! Give 'em a raise, or a bonus, or maybe even a case of girl scout cookies for crying out loud!! I just bought 1900 bucks worth of lamps, certainly there's a little room in there for a "bonus pizza" of something!
