"Customer Service for this store, especially sales person Richard, means what it says. I had an appliance emergency and needed to get a new cooktop in a matter or 4 days. Richard listened carefully to what I asked, which included shipping to an island that only has ferry service, no trucking, and 4 days after I placed the order with him the cooktop was delivered! He altered the usual delivery method to make this happen and followed through with telephone calls to be sure it arrived on time. I tracked the shipment from my end also and was amazed at his efficiency in making this happen. The price for all this was more reasonable than what other on line stores listed as well. "I had read reviews of lots of online companies who sell the full line of Weber Grills. Based on the reviews, I chose Full House Appliances even though they didn't list the lowest price of the item I ordered. While not the lowest listed price, it was extremely low compared to what I would have paid if I went to a local dealer. There was no sales pressure to buy upgrades, warranty extensions, or any other items that I didn't need. In fact, without prompting the salesman lowered the price a little from what was listed. It took only a week to receive my grill and was packed in the manufactures box, no scratches..dings or any other problems. Full House Appliances contacted me to let me know the delivery date, then gave me a follow-up call to make sure everything had arrived in good condition.

"I purchased a new 2011 Weber Summit S-670 from FHA. everything went great. there prices were not the cheapest and they did not provide free shipping but I wanted my grill in 1 1/2 weeks and did not want last years model. I also wanted it delivered without damage. so, if you want a great product delivered when they say without damage, use Full House Appliances. if you are looking for the cheapest price and free delivery then go somewhere else. But when you are waiting for your appliance for three weeks that shows up with damage......dont look at me, I tried to tell you.
now, if I had to say something not so great, it is only that the whole methode about how they chage for the shipping is a bit confusing. they should have two options with shipping. option 1. do you want shipping.
option 2. where do you live.
thats it. get rid of all the other confusing information and trying to explain what the charge is for.
