Fridge arrived with ding in the freezer door. Retailer originally only offered minimal compensation claiming that since I didn't report it until a week after delivery it was too late for them to make a shipping damage claim. Explained to them that it stayed in packaging and untouched in garage for a week while renovations were completed and didn't discover damage until plastic was removed. "Ordered a Weber Summit S-670 (2011 model) on 8/24 and it was delivered to my house on 9/2 (it was scheduled for 9/1 but UPS freight was a no show, nothing to do with fullhouseappliances.com - they did everything right). Still 10 days from the time I clicked "submit order" to the time it was placed in my garage, even with the 1 day UPS no show delay isn't bad at all. I even got a follow up call from fullhouse on 9/1 when the grill was suppose to show to remind me to check for shipping damage, etc. It was nice to see a proactive company for once. Anyway, this was my first order with them, and I was a bit concerned only because it was for a relatively expensive item but their prices on this grill could not be beat. The grill arrive in perfect condition and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. I see why they have such high ratings here on the Interwebs. I'll definitely be back again."

"After a diligent internet search of Frigidaire Commercial Refrigerators/Freezers - we placed an order for three units with Full House Appliances on July 28, 2010. Prior to placing the order, we had several questions that we posed in an email followed by a phone call to FHA which were promptly and professionally answered by Richard. (We had no prior knowledge of FHA) All three units were in stock and were delivered in good condition on pallets several days later to our home by a freight company with tailgate service, who was very timely based on the pre-arranged time schedule. We also participated in the extended warranty FHA offers for the units which appears to be a reputable company. We are still awaiting the actual policies.
Overall, this was our first time ordering appliances on line and from FHA. "We needed to replace a 30 year old GE wall combination microwave oven built into a 27" cabinet. After researching price and availability on the net, we selected a Frigidaire stainless unit (with a convection lower oven) and check at Lowe's to purchase locally. Price was not negotiable and delivery was extra + 22 days due to special order.

We liked the comments and reviews on "Full House Appliances" web page and the price was one of the lowest prices quoted. We placed the order and were surprised to accept delivery within 3 days. Oven was brand new, well packaged with proper documents. The trucking company delivered with the lift gate truck as promissed and dollied the appliance to the corner of our garage. We had arranged for a local installer and our combo oven has been flawless to date.

We saved hundreds compared to retail and would use "Full House Appliances" again."

"My experience is much like others on this venue. However, I want to add two more points.

My job deals with marketing research, consumer surveys and etc. The consumer feedback must be objective. This web site impresses me in that regard. For examples, the number of reviews is not outlandishly big. This alone commands my attention immediately. I agree with the site that reviews are not as objective as they should be. Many of the big nationwide retailers only have less than 1500 reviews whereas some of those 1000-10000 times smaller sellers ( comparison: a big national chain store has a more than $10 billions revenue annually) have more than 1000 reviews. The breakdown in correlation between the number of customers (population) and the one of respondents (samples) raises a big red flag in front of me. Many review channels should improve on this aspect immediately to filter out false reviews. Otherwise, consumers, especially the well-educated ones, may lose confidence very quickly in buyer feedback. I personally have never paid attention to any site with more than 1000 reviews unless it is a big national retailer. Secondly, a web site must increase its transparency and accuracy in communicating what they they are or do. This web site has done a good job in disclosing the availability, shipping and other terms and conditions. This helped me expect what I would get from them, which subsequently helped me choose doing business with them. When I managed to discover a negative comment on them misplaced under a product review, I was able to quickly dismiss that because the reviewer clearly did not follow the information from the seller. This makes the feedback irrelevant and disqualified. I am in the midst of moving. The refrigerator is what I need first. Once I settle in, I plan to buy the rest of kitchen appliances from them. Keep up the good work!
