I ordered a Danby 70pt dehumidifier on Saturday, it shipped on Monday and arrived on Wed.
Well packaged. The card box containing the dehumidifier was packed inside another box with bags of foam around it. Most companies would have just shipped the original box alone, hoping the shipping company doesn't accidentally drop the 50# package.
Good communication... email on order, email when shipped (with tracking number).
Great price! With shipping it was still the cheapest on the web... $50-75 cheaper then most other reputable sources.

"Email notification of order/shipping status was timely, although I almost missed one as it was filtered out by my spam control. The large item was delivered within 6 days of order (including the weekend which they told me not to count ) from Texas. Standard ground does include lift gate, which facilitates the eventual move to my garage. The price is one of the best anywhere. The other vendors considered offered "free shipping". But after a series of interrogations, they did not hold up well. Too many possible hidden charges. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and decided to purchase here rather than somewhere else. The ratings on this platform seem genuine that result in the least amount of "too good to be true suspicion" on my part. Frankly speaking, too frequent reviews concern me and too many good reviews scare me. If you ever in a retail business you know what I am talking about... It turned out my dealing with fullhouseappliances.com is as good as advertised. I will use them in the future with reasonably more confidence. But, I will still do my home work.

In the meantime, fullhouseappliances emailed me an invoice and a separate email requesting I inspect the contents for damage and refuse if the item if damaged. On 03/17/09, I received my TV. If you've never used UPS for large item shipping, you will be thrilled by their service. UPS unloaded, set it inside my front door, and requested I inspect the contents. I called Full House Appliance customer service department to let them know of the error. They were very responsive and the cover arrived shortly thereafter. This experience had the potential to go very bad, but it didn't. Their customer service department did a professional job and I'm very appreciative.

"I ordered a gas-on-glass type cooktop online. Soon afterward we received a phone call saying the product would take longer than normal to ship (delay from manufacturer), and to make sure that was okay with us. We said yes, and a couple weeks later, the cooktop shipped via UPS. When the unit arrived, the glass top was broken. Grrr! I immediately called UPS to report the damage (should have opened it before signing), and then I contaced Full House Appliances, and was told to send them the tracking number once UPS picked it back up. Then I researched reviews of that unit and read several reports of that model being damaged in delivery or in normal use. So, I decided to look for a different model, and found a comparable unit for a much better price. I then asked Full House Appliances to send me the other model, which they promptly did and had it sent freight since it was coming from a long distance. In just a few days we had the new unit, no damage, and they credited our account for the difference. They always promptly answered e-mails, were easy to get a hold of by phone, and were very courteous to speak with. I was extremely pleased with the service we received from Full House Appliances, and I would recommend them to anyone."
