"this company has awful customer service and has false advertisement. I bought a produce from them because it stated it "shipped within 24 hours". after 48 hours i checked the website, which stated "awaiting fulfillment". I wrote a message stating that I needed it in a timely manner due to a trip I was taking and asked if they could give me an update. after another day I finally get a message stating they will provide tracking and update by 2pm. day goes by and no message with update and it's still in the "awaiting fulfillment" status. Send another message asking for full refund. No response. Still in the waiting game. Horrible service, false advertisement, would NEVER use them again.... still no product either and I'm out 250 bucks still."

"I've placed various orders from this company and all were quickly drop shipped without issue.

However I ordered some items I ended up not using or even opening. I figured since I needed to place another order, why not return them as their site states there is a return policy. I followed the return process on their website and shipped back the merchandise and waited, and waited. I was never contacted about my returns and when I tried to contact it the person on the phone was very rude and started cursing at me. Since then they do not answer my phone calls or emails.

If they would have a "NO RETURNS" policy I would have given them 5 stars. But to say you have a return policy and then ignore the customer is 200% unacceptable. To receive the returned merchandise and keep it, and ignore the customer, that is borderline criminal.
