"I was happily surprised when i walked into Furniture Deals. They have a wonderful showroom and lots of choices and if you live in Johnson County, it is much closer than you know where. Judy walked us around and showed us some fantastic furniture, we decided on a lovely sofa and ottoman and are happy with our purchase.*****ADDITION***** After picking up my first ottoman we got it home and the pillow-top was sewed crooked. We exchanged it with no questions asked. I examined it before leaving the store this time for the same problem....After getting it home we then realized the quality of manufacturing is not good! The corners of the fabric are overstretched and already separating! I will be contacting Furniture Deals yet a third time to try and get just one correctly manufactured ottoman (it is a $200 ottoman you would think there would be some quality control) I was also told by the dock guy that they do not open or inspect any furniture before it is received by the consumer (whether it is delivery or pick-up, the first time you see it is the first time they see it. Inspect your purchases with a fine tooth comb before signing anything!) does that seem right?"

"I purchased my bed set and dining room server. I feel I got a good price for the items. They are good quality pieces. I was excited to get my bed set since i have looked every where for the perfect one for me since moving into a new home. Well as the two men were unloading my furniture and taking it up stairs to my room one of the men seemed to be struggling with my night stand and then rammed the corner into my wall leaving a gash in it and only said uh oh. He didnt think I seen him do it I waited to see if he would tell me but he just finished unloading the rest and hurried into the truck. Lets just say Im beyond upset that now I have to repair my wall. I will never have any thing else delivered from furniture deals again if that is the type of people they employee that are not honest enough to admit their mistake."
