"We were extremely surprised at the prices and selection of furniture. We will definitely go right to furniture deals the next time we are looking to buy. The staff within the stores were very helpful (we visited 2 locations Raymore and OP). Not once did we feel any high pressure sales.
Unfortunately, we did visit the "scratch and dent" store south of Raymore and the employee that was working ( and I use that term VERY loosely ) was very rude, not able to answer one question. He wasn't even able to give me a little piece of scratch paper to make a note on. If his job title includes, ignoring customers, not getting off his stool, constant texting, making customers feel like an inconvenience then he's a stellar employee. Now for the upside, when we visited the Raymore store we mentioned that visit and our salesman had the manager speak with us and we were able to relay our experience to him. He of course was very apologetic and I believe he was to pursue the employee's behavior. We were also told that the day prior to our visit they had another customer come in with an identical situation.
Needless to say, we were very impressed with the actual stores and will definitely be buying from you all again."
