"After two weeks the mattress I purchased has a hole in it from where we lay and sit. I went back to the store and was told that a customer service case would be opened and that I would hear from someone. It has now been three days and I have not heard from customer service. I have one month to return the mattress, so I am getting frustrated with the lack of response and urgency."

"I've been asked to rate my experience with Furnitureland South, and have not even received our products yet. We bought 2 chairs online, and never received confirmation of our purchase. There had been no communication on the status of the order until I contacted the store, and was given a choice of three, one week windows, that I wanted delivery.
We have NOT gotten a phone call nor email, with any tracking number, or confirmation, indicating when to expect delivery. I can only assume it's going to be soon, because of being asked to rate our experience. We are in no hurry, but the lack of communication is ridiculous. Stay tuned.
