"We spent two days shopping at Furnitureland South. Our salesman, Scott Rains, could not have been more friendly and helpful. He did not hover over us but was always available when we had a question. The three stores on the Furnitureland South campus are second to none we have visited - and we have visited many, many stores - making for an exciting and worthwhile venture. We took our time to explore and look at everything the stores had to offer that we were interested in buying. The prices were competitive with other places we shopped, both in brick and mortar stores and online. Any store campus that has Starbucks and Subway in the stores is worth a visit! If you are shopping for furniture of any description, Furnitureland South is certainly worth patronizing. "

"Drove in from kingston tn. We met a guy @ a restaurant that gave us Kim Bradfords name and number. We met up with Kim the next day without an appointment. She was great! We'd see her in between her other customers. She'd answer our questions and go off to take care of her appointment customers. We found what we're looking for. We told her we'd be back in a few days to finalize our order. We returned, she worked with us to get the right color. The only think furniture land south didn't have was Stickley recliners. Kim even made a phone call to someone that sold them. She made our experience @ Furniture land the best. Kim treated Tammy and I as if we were buying for the whole house even though we was only buy one piece. Thanks Kim "
"Delivery times are a joke!"
"I was told I'd take receipt of my furniture within three weeks of placing the order (7/28); the delivery date is now 9/5.
I was also told that I'd receive the Guardsman warranty packet via mail 10 days from placing the order; still no warranty packet.
Adding to my frustration, I was just informed that one piece of my furniture has been damaged, before delivery, and now will be another 15 days for them to receive a replacement."

Ahmed, my sales person was excellent. He listened to what I wanted, found options that I might be interested in, and sent me pictures with pricing. He sent me options (and there were a lot of options) until we found something that I liked and was within my budget. I got just about everything I wanted and needed!"

If we needed to find anything in the store she would meet up with us and show us the way. When we needed her she would meet up with us and when we wanted to be alone she let us. "Furnitureland South is a bit overwhelming for a first timer. we actually had to visit several times to enjoy all of the locations properly. the staff was wonderful and the furniture is amazing. Best of all the prices cannot be beat. we bought a piece that had received some minor damage/smudging prior to our pickup but the representative made it right immediately we were truly grateful for this no hassle approach it was really refreshing. I will be back again sooner than expected!!!"
