"We purchased flexsteel Julio. We decided to purchase carpet so I called back for a leather sample. I found out our salesgirl was no longer there and Meg was taking her cases. It took theee calls and a nasty attitude on my part for Meg to even call me back. Since flexsteel does not provide samples for the collection I asked for a match off the palliser wall that was as close as possible. She was not cooperative. It would have taken 10 minutes to match a sample, put it in an envelope and drop it in the mail, but she said she would take care of it by the end of the week. I never received the sample. I wish we had spent $1000 more and purchased locally.

Also when we ordered on July 28 after having shopped on the 25th - we were told 6-8 weeks back to your store and then scheduled for delivery. 3 weeks later we get a call that our furniture has arrived in NC. I know you can't control that but it's frustrating. We are getting ready to go on vacation and can't get the house ready or carpet installed by delivery time. "

She was in such a hurry we felt like she was trying to turn us quickly and once we picked a bedroom suit she seemed to loose interest and we were only there an hour or so. She also took us to one section on the 2nd floor and told us these were the selections available and we were told later that there was much more available than we were shown by others who had been there before. Our first time. I think a different salesperson would have provided a different outcome. "

The delivery associates were also great, interpersonal and professional. The one thing about my experience I would change was the delivery scenario. I had other furniture that was shipped to the distribution center in enough time to be delivered with my kids' furniture. It would have been nice to have received them both together, as opposed to awaiting for another delivery within the next week or two.
