"My experience with FLS has been one of many frustrations. I sincerely hope someone in admistration reads this review so that his/her employees can be better trained to handle such a simple situation. I purchased 2 sofas and 2 chairs October 2015. They were delivered December 2015. During delivery, the two workers cut into both sofas with box cutters. Also, the two chairs had cushions that did not fit flush with the seat backs. I reported it the same day. By January 2016, I heard back from a rep from FLS to have someone come and repair the cuts and examine the chairs. The cuts were in places that would require the entire sofa being taken apart. I refused this option because it would then make my furniture refurbished. And I paid full price for a new piece. The chairs couldn't be explained as to why the cushions did not fit. Fast forward to November 2016. I have yet to receive my replacements. The first rep, Annette Toomey, is beyond incompetent in resolving matters in a reasonable amount of time. It has been increasingly frustrating to reach her via phone because it always rolls over to voice mail, WHICH IS NEVER RETURNED. Emails have not gotten a response in a timely matter either. Only when I spoke to her manager have things begun to progress. I commend Jaye Bly in taking charge and being extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. I hope to receive my furniture with no further delays before the end of the 2016. A full year and two months after ordering!"

"We were overwhelmed with the size of the buildings, the amount of furniture options, the decorating possibilities covered by the individual furniture manufacturing companies, and the high quality of everything in the store. With the help of our professional guide and decorator, Cindy Thorne, and her assistant, we found what we were looking for and saved a lot of money. We had visited Hickory first but ended up with not buying anything there. We plan on coming back soon to complete the furniture needs of our new home and have passed on information about this wonderful place to our friends and family.."
