"We came to Furnitureland South because of a good experience that we had with your company about 15 years ago. We bought a couch and love seat over the phone, because we saw it in a department store and my wife wanted to see if Furnitureland South could give us a price. Well not only could you supply the couch but you ordered it from Italy, delivered it and brought it into our home for less than the department store wanted and they had it in stock.
Well now we are ready to retire and we are building a home down south and we decided to go to Furnitureland South to see what they had. We were staying in Georgia and decided to spend a couple of days in High Point to look at furniture. My wife called and Nicole arranged a time when we could meet. We arrived and was amazed on how large the campus was. Nicole meet us with another associate who she said would help if we had any questions. The associate named Jim went over all the basics of the campus and after answering a few questions on the style we were looking for pointed us in the right direction and left us alone to browse through the different buildings. He kept in touch with us to see if we had any questions or needed any help. After we made our choices both Jim and Nicole were very helpful to go over colors and material. They both stayed past closing time to finalize our choices. We left that night confident we made the right choices and we were going to meet first thing in the morning to go over the pricing.
The next morning we meet with both Jim and Nicole and they handed us a package with pictures and cost of all the items that we selected. We decided to add mattresses for the bedrooms show they showed us the mattress section and we picked out our mattresses. They adjusted the price and we signed all the papers and closed the deal.

"After speaking to our design consultant, I think she had a good idea of what we were after for our son's new furniture before we got there. Maybe it's coincidence and a top seller, but first set we looked at was what we ended up buying. She showed us a number of others that we did like, but that first set have everything we wanted.
Only thing I would have liked to be done differently and it may be a reflection of my husband and I not being forward enough, is that in hindsight, I would have liked to have seen quotes on different pieces of the set to compare, not just the one's we actually picked. If there was a big enough price difference, I might have changed my mind on the particular pieces we purchased."

"I Spent over 20,000.00 on furniture at this store from the showroom outlet floor. When I returned 3 days later to pick it up it was all wrapped and ready to be loaded. They have you sign a waiver claiming it's in same condition. Well since it's wrapped when you get there you can't see it any longer. You would normally appreciate it being wrapped and ready to go however when I got home with my pieces and they were unwrapped to my surprise several pieces were ruined by their movers and packers. I notified the store and had the worst customer service ever in my life. They said you signed at pick up there was no damage. I said it was wrapped prior to my arrival how could I see any damage? The store refused to correct any of the issues. I had to dispute the charge through my bank who sided with me. Never have I been so disappointed in a store in my life. Furniture farmland! Good evening, After reviewing your account it appears that the items in question you have sent photos of were not delivered by FLS. It seems they were all cash & carry purchases. Therefore my hands are tied. One the items are signed for and loaded on your truck /trailer etc. They become your property and responsibility therefore I can not send anyone to assist you with the issues. All I can do at this point is to provide you with a phone number of tech that can address your concerns but you will have to pay the tech for his work. Sorry ..
When I arrived to pickup the items that day they were already wrapped which was three days after I had made the purchase of the items. I have pictures of the items on the sales floor without this damage. A back charge will appear on your account until you make good on these damaged items.
This means they were wrapped prior to you picking up and these damages occurred after during delivery. I will pass this along to my Mgr. for review and disposition and will advise on Monday. Thank you
I agree this does not look good. This item has been at FLS since 2008 and was sold as is with no warranties. I will send a leather tech to your home to address as best he can if you wish. Just let me know. Thank you.
