Sales consultant Tracy Dunn met us in the amazing Furnitureland showroom site in 2012 to outfit our second home retreat in the North Georgia Mountains. She guided us thropugh an entire 5 bedroom home selection process. Everything came as expected with courteous delivery & set up. I saved $1,000's by shopping Furnitureland. Now we are finishing our dream lake home and Tracy was again our source for furnishings. Can't imagine using any other vendor other than Furnitureland. Online production & delivery status monitoring, along with helpful associates make the entire process plesant. "
"I was promised a delivery for today. I confirmed the time and date online weeks ago and received a confirmation email. I took a full day off of work (which I am not being paid for). The delivery people never showed. I then called the delivery department and spoke to a woman who didn't seem to care and was like, oh sorry it happens. She then said that my delivery fee would be credited to my account. This never occurred either. I am beyond upset. Because of this disaster I am uncertain if I will have a table for my guests to sit at for Thanksgiving. This is unacceptable. Being lied to continuously is not ok. This does not make me want to purchase from them again. It is unfortunate because my saleswoman, Mary Myers was very pleasant and accommodating. I would love to work with her again but because of this terrible delivery situation I do not want to buy from FurnitureLand South. "

"We purchased a quantity of items from Furnitureland. The first 4 items arrived in a reasonable amount of time. No problems. We purchased a couch and were told at the time of purchase the delivery was 4-6 weeks. That was acceptable. Since that time, we were given 3 delivery extensions. The latest arriving at the warehouse 12/29.
We made inquiries via our salesperson, but could not get a response. We finally talked to someone in the organization on Friday 11/11. This person said they would investigate, and then offered us a loaner couch until our couch finally arrived. At that point, the representative stated the manufacturer of the couch may have gone out of business. On Monday, the representative contacted us and informed us the couch had just arrived at their warehouse. My complain is their ability to know when a customer's order will be satisfies.
We appreciated the concern the representative gave our complaint."
