"I am over the top pleased with Future Memories, Steve in particular. I had ordered a get well gift and when the order was filled with a different item, Steve very cheerfully and willingly sent the correct one out right away. The gift recipient and myself were very pleased and as a result, I will only order any future gifts from this vendor. The gift itself was beautiful and it was fairly priced. Great customer service is priceless. Thanks again!!! I have to go and place another order now!"

"I ordered a newspaper from the year you were born on May 19th. I received a message four days later saying they needed information for the certificate. Part of what was entered didn't show up . I replied with the information. I received a "we have your response " email. On May 21st. Four days later I received the same message saying that part of what I entered didn't show up. I replied again and stayed that this is the second time I have answered this question. I again received a confirmation on my reply. On May 26th I emailed them asking for an update. I didn't receive a reply. On June 1st I called and spoke to a representative. I was told that it had shipped that day. I asked for a tracking number. He said an email was sent. I asked for the tracking number anyway. He said it's long. I said give me the tracking number. He does then says it might not show up just yet. On June 11th after the item still not showing up on USPS tracking. I called again. I was told this time that the item was being shipped from the UK and once it made it to the states it would start showing. Well today it arrives, shipping label says New York.
The worst part is that there is a red stamp on the front that says Property of the Seattle public library. This is not gift worthy. This is absolutely not worth the $62.45 that I paid. Oh and the birthday was May 26th. We celebrated on May 31st. No gift to give him. Now I am trying to get a resolution with the company. "

"I placed an order for a custom shirt that they not only got wrong because the customer service rep misinformed me about the product, but then didn't call me back until AFTER the item shipped when I asked for it to be cancelled since it hasn't been completed yet. Then the "supervisor" FINALLY calls back to say sorry, can't help other than to take $2 off your next order. If it wasn't done correctly the first time, I'm surely not paying you more! On 3 different occasions the CSR didn't do what was said and now I'm out of the money and the shirt for my mother in law's only Christmas present. Seems like a big scam! Had they called me back when promised, the completion/shipping could have been prevented. They knew to wait until it was too late! "

"My husband is an XXXL with a large belly - hard to find costumes that fit. Though the yellow M&M was not advertised as plus size, it fit him very well! It probably looked better on him than it would on a thinner person. I steamed the folds out of the M&M's foam front with no difficulty. The back of the costume is a thin yellow material with a tie at the neck. Keep in mind that this yellow M&M costume is longer - when you sit, you'll have to fold up the bottom edge or it will be badly wrinkled. Fast delivery - great inexpensive costume. My only complaint is that the green (female) M&M is $75 when all the "male" M&Ms are $25. That's not right when they are essentially the same other than gender!"

"I ordered my daughters oompa loompa wig Sunday, Dec 4th 2016! I ordered it using my cell phone online and the wait was $11.95! Of course the price was not bad so I went to check out but I needed to make sure I got it by the 10th of December and I did not understand the two options is shipping before I saw the third saying next business day transit so I chose next business day transit there was no prices next to it so I figured when I hit submit I would see the total before the transaction went through. When I hit submit I look at a screen saying thank you for your order $64.91 was my total. I contacted my bank right away and they cancelled it. But before I called my bank I tried to call the company which was closed no way to get in touch with anyone to hurry and cancel before it was shipped. My bank said to watch my online account to make sure they do not try to make it go through again. I checked this morning and it went through yesterday December 7th. When talking to customer service with my bank and future memories Representatives on 3 Way call they said there is nothing they can do because they do not accept wigs for a return and let him check with his supervisor and when he got back on said there's nothing they can do. I know one thing they could do, have some sort of customer service on a Sunday or some way to go to the website to cancel order. After I thought that I was not going to get this wig it was shipped and I received it and I already ordered a $16 wig Monday December 5th that my total came out to $23 after shipping. So now I'm stuck with almost $95 worth of two wigs for my daughters Willy Wonka chorus performance play. I'm glad there was nothing they could do to make anything right!"
"I was looking for a special custom gift for a friend. On Amazon I found what I thought was the perfect thing. On 10/14/2014 I ordered a Personalized Photo Paint-By-Number Kit online for $68.90 and paid with PayPal. This was to be a Christmas 2014 gift. After a week or so I received their order packet to complete the process. On 11/6/2014 I asked if I could submit the photograph electronically, as they say is possible on their website, and I was assured I could and I did so the same day. On 11/17/2014 I received an email saying my photo/order had been submitted to the warehouse and it would be another 3-4 weeks. On 12/1/2014 I was asked to submit a higher resolution picture which I did on 12/2/2014 with their information form attached. I was told on 12/19/2014 that my order was still being processed. Then I received a contradiction email stating that my order had not been processed because they had been told I ripped up the paperwork...this I had never done and I tried to correct the matter. On 12/22/2014 Lauren from Customer Service offered me the option to cancel my order and request an RMA number for a refund and at that time I did request an RMA. On 1/7/2015 I received the RMA number and I returned their order packet to them immediately. Checking with Future Memories frequently I was assured my check request had been submitted to finance on 1/20/2015 and would be forthcoming. On 2/26/2014 I received the following email: “Upon further review of the details of your order, I regret to inform you that your request for a refund has been declined. At this point, I have been authorized to offer you either a store credit for the value of the item or reshipment of the paint by numbers kit originally ordered. Please let me know what you would like to do so that we can bring this matter to a resolution as soon as possible.” I have kept a history of the numerous emails and the phone logs. I have been pleasant and patient but this loss of monies caused a hardship. Further monies had to be spent to replace a gift for the holiday.
They had dragged order past the 30 day rebuttal time for Amazon and PayPal so they were not able to help towards a resolution.
I followed with a report to the Better Business Bureau and found the whole experience with BBB unsatisfying. Future Memories eventually told the BBB that they would give me a credit, which I have tried to use since September. Future Memories has not acknowledged my credit order or returned any correspondence. I even emailed the president of the company! I've received absolutely no acknowledgement from the company."
"I purchased a Halloween costume on Wednesday, 10/21/15, for my son. Order was not placed from their warehouse until the following Sunday and, according to Andrea, because I chose the cheapest delivery (First class at $7.95), it was my fault that we still have not received it as of 11/2/15. Andrea stated that all I could get is a credit per their order agreement, as if I will ever purchase anything from this dump again. I asked to speak to her supervisor (i.e. Owner) and was told that the owner DOES NOT SPEAK to customers!!! You get that?? THE OWNER DOES NOT SPEAK TO PEOPLE WHO ARE PAYING TO GET SCREWED OVER!!!!"
"I ordered a Halloween costume(10/14/15) for a party at work which was today(10/27/15). I kept calling, being left on hold for minutes on end. I finally got someone to talk to me on Friday, 10/23/15 and she asked when I needed it for. Why does it matter? They're in NY and I'm in VA, not in a third world country! I was on hold for so long to find out where it was that I had to hang up. I had to go back to work. I called back later and finally spoke to a very nice gentleman who informed me that my costume was being processed and he wasn't sure when it would actually ship. He told me to call back Monday, 10/26/15, which I did, TWICE! Both times I was left on hold for 15 minutes each time and no one ever answered my call. I now have the costume but can't use it. I needed it for today, not tonight when it was finally delivered! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Their customer service is horrible! If I had seen the other reviews before I ordered, I would've never done it! "

"I order an item on Futurememories.com and I wanted to get a refund right away, the same day in fact. I called customer service and chatted online with them and they assured me they will process my refund, but that did not happen. They dowdled me over the weekend and I called back Tuesday and they said the item was shipped and can not process any returns, once they ship the item. The reason I was return the item was because they do not disclose the shipping charge until payment is submitted, no other company does that. Anyways, Today I receive an email that item with shipping information which, is contradicting what I was informed. I requested a refund the same day. They did not process my refund the same day and never called me back. I waited over the weekend as they are closed and NOTHING. I went on BBB and have seen 60+ issues with this company. TOTAL SCAM"

It was shipped to someone in another state......according to the tracking number they gave me. After 7 phone calls and 10 emails, I gave up. Was put on hold WAITING FOR A REP for 45 minutes each time I called. I honestly think it the whole company is a scam....taking the money and running. I finally stopped calling, and never did talk to anyone there. Nor did they answer any of my emails. This is a fraudulent company, and luckily my credit card company did a chargeback to them and credited me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!"
