"Ordered a software key and was delivered a defective or non working key. Seller acknowledged and said would offer a refund but could not through his G2A account. G2A support was non-existent and took days to acknowledge communication. IMO a fraudulent seller and platform. Buyer beware!!"

"i had an issue with a key i purchased and wanted a refund. i asked the seller and he refused. then i asked to g2a and escalated the case but thet refused. i tried get refunded by paypal but it again did not work. after many messages to g2a and to the seller , g2a finally told me that i need to ask the seller , because they say they are not responsible. the seller did not refund. g2a even blocked access to the key when i opened a case to paylal. g2a is not a safe place to deal for me because we dont know who are those sellers and if theres an issue we have no protection from g2a.
