"used coded are being sold"
" Vreau să știu **** îl deschid pe Xbox one... "
"If you've been ripped off by G2A then beware!! There money back guarantee is bs... Seller sold me a bad key and has yet to refund me, 7 weeks have passed an support is useless.. Even after I sent proof from Microsoft support that the seller sold me a bad key.. G2A wants me to make a POLICE report on the seller before G2A will give me a refund... WTH!!!
All while the seller continues to sell on the site.... G2A is a big scam and I will make sure everyone I can is informed!! I just reported it to PayPal and will get my refund that way.. "
"Total scam site - most the sellers sell illegal products and the money back guarantee is a 'no' money back guarantee. Just avoid like the plague and use a reputable service - just google G2A reviews and you will see exactly what I mean!"
"They signed me up to G2A Plus without any knowledge or consent, and without even being signed in to my account. I made sure the G2A Plus offer was toggled off and didn't show the extra amount making my purchase more expensive than elsewhere. I managed to reproduce it in a simulated transaction with it not showing any added G2A Plus whatsoever.
My bank's card verification was for a single transaction of the product's amount, with G2A Plus costs taken in a separate transaction that I never authorized. On top of that, it is a subscription, so they would have kept taking my money had I not noticed.
They also saved my card while that was never authorized. The checkbox was specifically left unchecked, also because it's a temporary card anyways.
And they signed me up to their newsletter while having never signed up to such, and with it completely turned off in my account settings. It doesn't even have a working Unsubscribe button on the page they redirect you to.
Support says to not be able to do anything, not even add the tiniest bit of credit to my account for their numerous and most definitely illegal mishaps.
They used to be fine, but all these antics means I'm done with G2A. I urge truly everyone to be most aware, and to use any of the other, similar marketplaces instead."
"I bought a digital game and received a dlc for the game instead. G2A and the seller continuously refused to refund me my money even though the code was never used. Selling items as one item and then being another is completely fraud, luckily I wasn’t spending a bunch of money. This is the worst company I have ever done business with and will pay full price for something before I will ever give them my business again. Use CDKeys or any other business and never consider this company ever."
" Long story short.
I've bought multiple keys from them over years, if you only buy from high sellers with good ratings you'll be fine (I guess now). But the first time I didn't, I got scammed.
Basically the seller bought a key from Bethesda, sold it to me via G2A and then asked for a refund from Bethesda, 2 days later my key is invalid. I've followed procedures, reported the issue and contacted seller through G2A which tried to extort me to change my feeback from negative to positive otherwise he won't pay me which I refused, then he told me upfront that he won't pay me jack **** and wished me "good luck" getting the money back from G2A which sent me a template response, they're still ignoring me a week after it happened, support is miserable, they don't care about you once they got their money. I opened refund case through paypal and they didn't answer once in 9 days since opened.
The type of behavior the seller showed shouldn't be accepted but it seems they're more than tollerating it. I'm done with them after this interaction.
Moral of the story: Buy it from the game publishers directly, Steam or other marketplaces you trust. Also this was only my experience, but take note.
Still haven't got my refund.

"Their website looks bad, I don't like them"
"Hello,
I have bought 12000 Fifa points for PC by mistake instead of PS5. They never listened to me and said that is my mistake and did not return the money, although the code was not used. I hope the company goes bankrupt or somebody sues and closes them.
You have no protection from the site against scamming. They just blame their seller and bla bla that they are a market and that is your fault until you do not want to fight with them or you have no ways of fighting with them.
If you want to review the transaction in a bad way..."Rating couldn’t be added because of a system error. Please try again later!"
That is why the seller has 100% good review....It is logic, isn't it?!?!"
"Got the wrong key for something (only $7 purchase, no big deal, I've used them in the past). Open a ticket, get told to contact the seller. Contacted seller, no response, my original ticket randomly closes. Open a new ticket, they say to get their "money back guarantee" I need to file a police report. Yeah I'll totally file a police report for $7. Never using them again."
"Support processes are horrible and any interaction between G2A and you took 70+ hours
The seller and support were of absolutely no help and I had a simple exchange request. (Home license exchange for Enterprise of course willing to pay the difference.)
Their money-back guarantee is a total hoax."
"This company is a big fraud, I bought MS Office license, the activation key never worked, contacted their support many times to cancel the order and refund and they kept on replying that "Click on Phone activation and send us your 63 numbers ID and we will activate your key with Microsoft team." We waited for hours on phone and were never able to get 63 numbers ID. We begged them to refund, they never did, I filed a dispute with AMEX Today to give us credit for this fraudulent charge. Beware and never buy anything from the Fraud at amesterdam."
"G2A itself cannot be recommended at all due to the acceptance of fraud. I bought a gift card from a seller, who then provided me with a wrong code.
The contacted seller did not react at all and also the G2A support was not trying to help (only sending standard messages).
What make it clear that the marketplace is clearly not to recommend at all is when I posted a negative rating. Then magically the seller answered but demanded that I change my rating and not willing to do anything before.
And also that was completely ignored by the G2A support. They now send you to the police, in the hope that you give up then or after that give you more excuses.
Stay away from this market place
(I bet a completely standardized answer will be the reaction to my post)"
"Awesome seller, great service and fast delivery"
"The game key that we paid AUD 30 for did not work. My son is absolutely devastated, and After reading other people’s experiences on trying to get a refund I’m not even going to waste my time with it. Just learn from our mistakes!"
