"There was no problem at all with transaction or key activation."
"I had no problems with buying game codes"
"I've bought many games here and only had problems once. The key expired after some time due to a failed payment. Problem solved after contacting the seller. Good marketplace with seller verification."
"the platform provides access to a large database of games, both new titles and classics"
"fast, good, cheap, I recommend"
"I've been using G2A.com for my game purchases, and I'm satisfied! The platform offers a wide variety of games, everything works for me."
"Don't use this seller. The test of these sites is what happens when you get a bad key (which happens). Took 12 days for them to respond to a ticket about receiving a bad code. I was told I had to have an authorized report of the fraud from my local police before they would do anything about a refund. As if my local police can do anything about an online digital transaction with a foreign seller. Just a step to make people give up. So if you get an invalid key from this site, don't expect any assistance from their "support" team."
"Order number 92000084432742. After 1 week i dont know if and when i will rrceive my refund, i bought a key from this scammer: Gramgift, Do not buy from this seller. He gave me an already redeemed key, and he doesnt want give me refund, i have proof of a official email from microsoft. G2a support, doesnt answer, and before someone reply to this review, dont write thingd like we will respond on you paypal dispute, because its not true, after 1 week, no one reply on paypal dispute, and the seller and g2a doesn answer. I am finishing here, i will post this reviee everwhere, becauss this is a fraud, and you dont wanna give me money."
"G2A does not help its customers that are sold keygen or illegal keys by sellers. Creating a ticket and having them help you revolves around you sending in a ticket and waiting 72 hrs for a response and each time there is another task you have to complete to string you along. They do not care about the customer or have any remorse for the scams that they and their sellers are running. G2A requested that I contact the software developer to confirm that the key was illegitimate (which it was) and then send a screen shot to them. Then G2A would not process my ticket unless I made a police report or it would be rejected. Absolutely disgusting how there is literally no customer support.

"This G2A.com's reviews are terrible for a reason. G2A.com is RIDDLED with thieves and this in large part because it is almost impossible to leave negative feedback.
I left NEGATIVE feedback on G2A.com for seller Superbkeys. I checked back in later and found the feedback had been upgraded to NEUTRAL. I did not upgrade the feedback, G2A.com did this.
Then I started looking through Superbkeys feedback and this seller has 3,660 total feedback, with 568 neutral and only 1 negative feedback. Which G2A.com calculates as 100% positive feedback. Except when you read the reviews, it becomes apparent that G2A.com is systematically converting NEGATIVE feedback to NEUTRAL feedback.
Here is a sample of some of these supposedly "neutral" feedback.

Code already redeemed. Will never be using G2A again

Bogus Keys, yay for fraud! :D
Do those reviews sound like neutral reviews? There are reviews filled with angry cursing that I can't post here. Don't take my word for it, look it up yourself.
Superbkeys officially has a feedback of 100% positive, 3660 reviews with only 1 negative. This gives the appearance of an honest seller, but the true rating on this seller is around 85% with likely 500+ negative reviews.
This is not one isolated seller. This is endemic throughout G2A.com's sellers. The kicker is that G2A.com actively sides with these known, fraudulent sellers when there is a dispute and willfully, intentionally protects them.
In order to look into this, the seller Superbkeys demanded, among other things, "send us full/unedited screenshots (without g2a in the background) of key activation, the error you got and your game library/licenses". You have to show them your entire game library and licenses. To comply with all these demands would take 20+ screenshots, plus a solid half hour of gathering documents, taking screenshots, and emailing them to the seller over a $4.17 purchase and was just one of their numerous demands.
Keep in mind the seller is well aware they sell used keys. Their feedback is full of "neutral" feedback written by past victims complaining about being sold a used key. This is just a way of extracting money as they are well aware not many people will bother jumping through these hoops. When this is pointed out to G2A.com, this is G2A.com's response.
"- A screenshot showing the error message that you see when trying to redeem the key,
- And a screenshot documenting the activation history/library from your PSN account."
Again, they want your entire history and library of your PSN account. All this for a seller who they are well aware has accumulated 500+ negative feedback for fraud, that they knowingly have upgraded to neutral, and knowingly hide from buyers. This fraudulent seller Superbkeys has 100% positive feedback, but only if you take all the negative feedback, turn it into neutral feedback, then only count the positive and negative feedback and ignore the neutral feedback.
G2A.com has a terrible reputation for a reason. They're not well meaning and incompetent, G2A.com ACTIVELY protects fraudulent scammers. It requires effort to convert negative feedback to neutral. It requires intentional choices to exclude negative feedback from your calculations. It requires thoughtfulness to initially post negative reviews and then later upgrade those reviews to neutral. That doesn't happen on accident and is diabolical. It's evil. The scammer might just be some desperate soul trying to feed his family. G2A.com is a corporation that encourages theft with the winners being G2A and the thieves, and the losers are the customer."
"Sells Steam accounts. And from what I understand, this is against their terms of service. You cannot change any of the account info since it is attached to an email that you will not be able to access. If/when Steams finds out, this accout will be banned."
"Simply the worst. The last game I bought for Steam turns out that I have to open it in a different account than mine, I requested a refund as soon as I found out about this but "it is impossible for us due to the Marketplace rules". I had problems before with G2A, but now I have deleted the account and everything is fixed. I will not enter G2A again even if they give away the games."
"And they don't want to refund me. Stay away from this website!!! They are scamming people and selling illegaly steam account."
"Their website claims 100% legit keys, which is FALSE. I purchased an Adobe Acrobat key from them and it worked initially, but then when trying to reinstall the program, I was told the key had been revoked. I contacted Adobe and they told me that key had been illegally obtained and was cancelled.
I contacted G2A for a refund. At first they said "please show proof it has been revoked", so I did. Then they said file a police report or the refund MAY not go through. THEN they said file a police report or it WONT go through. They changed their mind 3 times.
G2A is allowing illegal sellers on their website and then asking the customer to file police reports. They should have provided a refund from the first confirmation and done the investigation themselves.
Worst customer service ever.
I ended up reporting the crime as they insisted, to cyber.gov.au and after almost 2 WEEKS they refunded me... IN G2A CREDIT. Not a single time was credit mentioned. They seriously went out of their way to destroy any remnant of trust I may have had in them.
Will never buy from them again."
"I've bought a Amazon 100 dollar gift card. Which I've received right away. Went to redeem the code which didnt work. A message popped up telling me it was already activated. So I went back to the seller who didn't respond untill 2 days later asking me for screens. I have sended what was asked for. After that no response. Went looking a the sellers rating which went to 99 procent it had like 14 negative reactions most with the same thing as, all of them recieved already used products. Few hours later looked again now the rating is 100 procent and all our ratings removed. Only if you go look further you'll find 184 bad reviews on the seller dating back till September 2021. Seller being able to remove ratings and raising back the percentage is crazy. The way G2A looks make it look like it's safe and legit. But this way it seems like they covering and helping out the scammers. Hope I'll get a refund or a working product. Kinda crazy shouldve googled first"
