"I was provided a key that turned out to be a duplicate. Per Steam Support, it was redeemed 12 days before I bought it. I made a G2A ticket and after a month, I've only received 2 responses from the Seller despite my constant request for an update, and it's been 2 weeks since I submitted a "money back guarantee claim." They finally told me that in order to receive my £12 I would have to file and provide proof of a police report. I have NEVER heard of a company requiring a police report in order to process a refund. What a scummy, fraudulent business. I am never using them again."

PayPal said it was not a claim as I made two transactions. I explained the payment screen froze and it was g2as error. No help from paypal. Received replies from g2a but couldn't read them as g2a blocked my account so I could not even communicate with them via online ticket support. Sent pictures of my passport and myself to unlock accoun as requested from g2a. Got another reply saying they would still not unlock my account accusing me of fraud. Terrible experience. "In early 2019 my PC was hacked through a malware remote desktop application that was hidden in my temporary files.

The user accessed my email and a bunch of other sites slowly stealing money from me in the form of gift cards.

G2A blocked my account as they noticed suspicious activity... Which is good.

The problem now is they refuse to unblock the account even after providing proof of identification. This means I've lost any keys and money I have sitting in the account.

I was told my account will never be unblocked. No reason given.
