"Was very sceptical at first, but this page can save you lot's of money :)"
"It's a safe haven for scammers, G2A promotes and supports scammers that sell fake keys throught their G2A PLUS offers, and when you confront them about it they will brush you off. It's systems barely work (loads of bugs and glitches on the site, faulty scripts, expect botched payments). G2A plus casino is just another frigging scam and full of b*llshit, I'm not that stupid to fall for it but I've seen people falling for it and it's easy to spot that the whole case craze lottery is just an id*ot trap. The support is ridiculous, many times I caught them unsure about how their own site even works and incompetent in answering my questions and inquiries. Also they charge you extra for the products offered by their users saying it's for tax reasons whilst it's not... it's just their way to squeeze out even more juice out of clueless id*ots who buy games on their site. The whole site is basicaly a westernized "legitimized" version of russian plati.ru It's an absolute sh*thole. "
"They have people on here that sell fraudulent items or take back codes before they expired. They make you jump through hoops like file a police report send them the info. They make a commission off the seller's, but yet don't help you one bit. Really I spent $30 on a xbox code and now I have to do all the leg work just for a refund what a joke. Not really guaranteed huh. Alot better company's out there that are like g2a.com. Honestly, g2a.com should be the ones being reported they condone fraudulent activity from sellers."
"G2A have NO refund policy WHATSOEVER & actively support criminal sellers who sell useless codes. Buy a gaming code at your own risk knowing you are throwing money down the drain"
"****, dont buy from this geez"
"I paid €25 for a software license through G2A and a few weeks later was informed that the license was invalid and would be removed.
Despite having bought this license through the G2A website and having paid G2A for it, they claim that the license was dlivered through a "third party vendor". As such I have to take it up with them. It has now been two weeks and the vendor has not replied.
G2A are refusing to take any responsibility despite enabling software piracy on their site. I had imagined that they would immediately apologise for putting me in a fraudulent position and offer a full refund, but no. They are trying to deny all responsibility.
So the business model is:
- Pretend to be a legitimate company
- Take people's money
- Pass sales to a shady "third party vendor" who sends out pirate licenses and then ceases to trade
- Refuse to offer refunds
This is from a company that promises a "money back guarantee". Amazing. I have to wonder if the vendor really is a third party or if G2A just keep setting up shady businesses to pass the trade on to and then fold them, so that they can sell pirate licenses and refuse refunds when the software company disables the product.

"20 days later and still unable to withdraw. support is silent. "
"Blocked my account for nothing

"After much faffing around I finally get it! G2A is like AuoTrader not Amazon.
If you have any issues with a third party seller you are on your own. G2A cannot help.
Buying from G2A is fairly straightforward although their is some uncertainty around their sourcing of game keys.
Their is a subscription button and fee's for inactivity, also a transaction fee which increases the total price (on new titles, you'll save pennies, not pounds) so check each page before you proceed.
If your buying from a third party, check the reviews or your going to get burned.
Bottom line, buying from G2A direct is like buying any second hand product, some risk. If your buying from a third party the risk increases so you need to thoroughly check out the buyers reviews.
Compare prices as they are certainly not always cheaper. Summary, G2A is a honey trap, behind lots of fanfare and show its on par with online Poker sites a lot of effort has gone into dressing up a second hand site and hiding lots of hidden charges."
"worst experience ever, 3 used keys in a row, and unvilling to refund."
"To qualify for any help from g2a they want the customer to go and report fraud at local police station and provide stamped evidence of doing so. Imagine that.
Short backstory: bought software worth 20$ which was falsely advertised by seller as multilicense and turned out to be single license. No big deal but the seller didn't even care to answer when I approached him regarding this matter, so I went't to g2a customer service and asked about possible solutions.

"I mean, I just wanted to buy a game. I paid attention to avoid sybscibing anywhere and so on, I read every detail. I got my game, everything was fine. And one day, I just found out, that I'm being charged for no reason on my bank account. It took me 20 minutes to even find where can I deactivate something I've never wanted and never agreed to subscribe. Moreover, there is no possibility to get refund of course.
Never ever again..."
"I was satisfied . "
"Automatically subscribing for a monthly subscription, that I looked to avoid but was still signed up for, is not okay."
"Quick Easy, no hassle, as advertised
