"I would like to highly recommend GPS City Canada for purchasers of GPS's and accesaries in Canada. Their prices are the best I could find and even beat US prices.
I placed my order on Feb. 9th/12 and recieved the package on the 10th. Upon inspection of the order, I noticed that the cradle for the Montana 650 was missing the roller. I called a rep at GPS City and they requested a photograph. I emailed the photo and they responded on the same day that they would send me a new cradle. No arguments, no returning the defective piece!!

"The Topo Canada mappping MicroSD card I ordered was defective. While GPScity replaced the item, it cost me an extra $15 to send the defective one back and they would not cover this cost. I won't do business with them again, especially since they did not even apologize for the inconvenience and the added expense.
UPDATE: After seeing my review, the company contacted me and agreed to send me a refund for my additional expenses (although they stated this was not their usual policy). They then asked that I change my review to 5 stars. I noted that I felt that I was being blackmailed, at which point they replied that was not their intent. In summary the company did come through in the end, although I am not sure whether it left me feeling any better about them. "

This is the second RAM Mount I have purchased from GPS City. It was the customer service I received that I purchased this second RAM Mount.
This product turned out to be better than I expected. It stayed in place on the windshield with an Aluminum clip board affixed to the plate mount for 10 hrs without moving or falling off,but simple to remove at the end of my shift.
My co-workers are impressed with this product and have expressed interest in getting the same items.
The product arrived well packaged and on time as promised.
The customer service I receiver was amazing. They ensured I got the proper RAM Mount for the job. I will be dealing with GPS City again.

The on-line product descriptions (especially of the Ram mounts) were very complete and made it easy to figure what mount would work best with my older GPS. I ordered four different accessories, two for the older GPS, two for a new model.
The order was shipped the same day it was placed and arrived very quickly, just two or three days later. All items were correct.
When one item stopped working after a couple of weeks, my e-mail inquiry was answered immediately, and a return and refund were arranged with minimum hassle.

I live in Petawawa, Ontario. I placed an order on Wednesday Jan 11th, 2012 in the afternoon. They are in Alberta. I received the order on the Friday Jan 13th at 15:00 hrs. This was during a snowstorm.
When I phone GPS CITY and get a salesperson, they go out of their way to help me get exactly what I want, even to the point of suggesting other items to help improve what I will be doing. This is great because when you get the product, you always wish you had ordered that other piece of equipment at the same time.
I also find if you watch the sight daily, you may get the item cheaper. I got my gps for $220.00 cheaper on the Black Friday sale that extended to the Monday. Make sure when you order that you know the time difference between the provinces.
As a last word: I am very happy with their service and have told all my friends about this website."

"I ordered Garmin GPS accessories from Europe. There is a good price advantage and at the time I ordered, the part in question just wasn't available over here yet. I chose the cheapest shipping variant as I wasn't in a hurry. But frankly, I didn't expect a whole 8 weeks! GPS City is NOT! to blame for this as the post labels indicated shipment on the day of the order. Customs may also contribute to the long delay. Packaging was fully intact and the shipping--though very slow--seems reliable.
Of course after 4weeks I got nervous and contacted customer service. That was a positive experience in every respect (many European companies could learn from this..) Answers came promptly and GPS City even offered re-shipping. Let me just say that in the end I was completely satisfied. Thanks GPS City!"
