"I have ordered from GPS City on two seperate occasions; once for accessories for an existing GPS and most recently, for a new GPS that I bought as a gift. My first time, I ordered online and the website indicated that what I wanted to buy was in stock. I was amazed at how fast the order arrived at my office - two days after I had placed my order.

For the new GPS, I monitored the website, which indicated that the item was a few days away from being deliverable. I took this to mean that it was out of stock and that they were waiting for a shipment. After seeing the delivery date pushed out a couple of times, I decided to phone. It was explained to me that the GPS was in transit from their warehouse and the reason the delivery date kept getting pushed out was because they were delivering everything ordered. I was told I could place the order over the phone and that the delivery date was about a week away. This I did and the GPS showed up one week after placing my order. The agent who handled my order was efficient, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this company (as I already have)."

"I has a specific need for a mount for a GPS for my plane. The tablet was large but the mount shipped with the unit would not work. A couple of their sales folks asked me to send them a picture of the problem. In about 5 minutes on the phone they figured out what would work and shipped it to me overnight (my choice and expense). It arrived in time for me to install in the plane and use it the following day on my flight. Extremely good group of people willing to help me solve the problem."

"I ordered a RAM suction cup mount for my Nuvi 1490 GPS. Placed order on a Saturday night, item shipped Monday and was received Tuesday by regular FedEx. Superior service and a great product.

I found GPS City's website very easy to navigate from browsing products through to order confirmation. Their product videos were a big help. Also, so many items were actually in stock. I will certainly buy from them again. Highly recommended."

"Purchased RAM mount for motorcycles. Customer service friendly & informative. Item well packaged.
I'd purchased a GPS, an hour earlier on the same day, from a California retailer, who had free shipping and cheaper price. GPS arrived in 3-days to Florida; the RAM mount (no free shipping) took 9 days for delivery. Maybe just a problem with the Post Office.
Other than that minor detail, I'd not hesitate to buy from GPSCity again, if cost competitive to other suppliers."

"WWe purchase a GPS on 19 march 2011 à GPSCITY.COM
The parcel never arrived.!
We ask for refund on 27 april 2011.
GPS City write on 11 may 2011 they have been reimbursed for the lost shipment.
But they cannot refund us, because our credit card was expired !
Our bank tell us that, even on an expired credit card, reimbursed was ok.
Nevertheless we gave to GPSCITY another creditcard number.
On 25 may 2011, GPSCITY ask they cannot refund on a different number of credit card. !
After that date they have never responded to my jun and july email !
So GPSCITY receive 2 time the money One from me and a second from their insurance
and they keep all the money.!!!
